Scam Customer service doesn’t exist and I highly doubt that I will receive my order at all. I was thinking that the price is fair and the website looks nice, so it must be legit but they are probably just scammers, taking money from people without the intention to actually make and send the order. It is even sadder that they chose a toy for children. Super disappointed!

Cheap, impractical and choking hazard These puzzles are incredibly cheap, super thin and not durable. The letter pieces are also really thin, and even I had trouble getting them out of their respective slot. If I struggled, as an adult, how is my baby supposed to wrangle the pieces out? Also, the letters are also super thin making some of them a choking hazard. I wouldn't even give this to my son so the puzzle is worthless and waste of money.

NO!! Do not order!! I ordered a name puzzle and the images were printed incorrectly and was terrible quality. I emailed asking for a refund and they responded with a “beat around the bush” way of saying no, I kept emailing back demanding one, and they never replied. Not reliable and terrible communication. All around sketchy

terrible service and non-safety product I ordered personalized lamps for the wall, resigned myself to looking at Zeo instead of Leo, hung it on the wall above the baby’s crib, fell several times (lucky that the baby was not in the crib), asked several times for a return, they lose the request and say hang it again using more tape, probably so that this time it would fall on the baby... I used two tapes, hung them on the side of the crib, fell again three times, then used three tapes - it worked, but now there are not enough tapes, so I ask to them: can I have more tapes, they do not provide. So can’t use it with original set, I have to looking for something like double tape by myself, I’m not recommend this company, it’s absolutely not safe for baby. It fell again and again.

Do not buy these products Do not buy these products, they are a complete rip off, very poorly made, awful quality. These are a scam, they appear to be much better quality than they are and trick you by making you think they are reduced so you are getting a good deal for something which is solid wood. These are nothing more than thin ply board cut from a machine. They also don’t make you aware the products come from China. Customer service is also awful, they are refusing to give me a refund.
