GBI'm in the same boat as some others on… I'm in the same boat as some others on here. Ordered some summercon sticker funkos back in July. It's Oct now and I just received half my order. In addition, i was charged extra on my credit card and went to go dispute it and they claim i'm responsible. When I emailed them asking what this charge is, they don't reply. It takes DAYS for them to respond sometimes, if they ever do. There's no number to call either. I don't know why their shipping speed is terrible. Most Funko merchants already received these items months back. I honestly think this is a one man show company and it's not even his primary job. Great side gig but the customer service and shipping speeds is really terrible.

GBRecently discovered this seller or business and i love their business This is the Perfect Example of a Business should be with it's Customers on Collecting Funko Pops, Pre-Ordered 2 items Very Helpful, Good Prices and Customers get their orders on time neatly wrapped in bubble wrap. if a delays occurs they'll update it on Instagram or Email you ASAP! I only wish I discovered this Business long time ago HIGHLY recommend all people who read this review check them out immediately, or Asap very grateful I've discovered Balyot my new number 1 business for up-coming Funko Merch!

GBNo customer service No customer service. Emailed support over a month ago, and 5 more emails later with still no response. It's ridiculous the amount of time it takes for a simple status check response. Doubting I will ever see my product

GBCustomer Service is Non Existent! Would avoid at all cost! I rarely write reviews, especially bad ones because I usually give small businesses the benefit of the doubt. However, this company has been extremely bad and unprofessional in their customer service response. I pre-ordered a Halo Funko Pop pack from this company back in December 2021. Four months have passed by and I have not receive one update from them so I contacted their customer support and a representative told me the item will be shipped by end of April 2022. End of May 2022 comes and I did not hear anything from them or receive any shipment. I emailed them multiple times but received no response so I had to file a claim with my bank. Balyot then had the audacity to refute against the claim tell my bank that they issue 100% refunds to customer (which they advertised on their website). So I reached back out to them to request a refund and still have no got back a reply nor have I received my items... so I guess I will have to continue with my bank dispute. This company customer service is a joke. Would recommend to avoid them since the hassle and stress to deal with filing bank claims and attempting multiple times to emailing their customer service and getting no response back is not worth it. Please spend the extra dollar and order from a reputable company such as Entertainment Earth and Toywiz instead.
