GBThey scammed me!!! They scammed me, I pre-ordered a diamond collection Wednesday. Suppose to have been shipped beginning of Feb. So a few weeks ago. And I've been messaging them. First few times were days apart, giving them time to respond. But nothing. I started messaging them more frequently still being polite. And its been almost 3 weeks no response at all. No customer service number to call. Just email. DON'T TRUST THEM!!!

GBPre-Order over 1 year. No Reply, No Refund. I made 2 Pre-Orders. One, over 14 months ago, the other, 6 months ago. Other Shops already had theirs in stock. I am without. I received a shipping email stating one order is shipping. That order stayed in USPS "Pre-Shipment" for 5 months. Never Shipped. I received a Balyot mass email, Pre-Orders arriving this month. Month passed, Pre-Orders never sent. Emailed a few times, via support & chat. No Response. Emailed for a Pre-Order Refund, per Policy. No Response, but oddly, the next day, I receive Bank notification of Fraudulent Charges. I emailed Balyot again, that if No Reply or No Refund, I will file a complaint with FTC, IC3, BBB, and a review with Trustpilot. No Response or Refund, so here I am. I do not want businesses to fail, but I do not like being scammed or for anyone else to endure this experience. It hurts this specific buying community.

GBNo customer service No customer service. Emailed support over a month ago, and 5 more emails later with still no response. It's ridiculous the amount of time it takes for a simple status check response. Doubting I will ever see my product

GBDon't expect communication or refund I pre-ordered a funko pop back at beginning of November for my son who spent his hard earned money on. It stated it would ship beginning of January. It is now approaching end of January I have emailed them 3 times over course of 3 weeks with absolutely no response. Ship dates now say March 2023. I understand this can happen with pre-orders, but I first asked for status and heard nothing for over a week, and have now asked for a refund and have not received it or a response. It is not complicated to respond to your customers especially when you "guarantee a 100 % refund" on pre-orders that have not shipped. I am highly disappointed in your site, will never use it again, or recommend it to anyone. Worst customer service and site ever.
