USMissing item in order I ordered a Great White tank top and Great White shark logo coffee mug from the Discovery Store prior to Shark Week. I only received the tank top. I emailed their customer service to let them know I did not receive the mug with my order. They sent me a tracking number to show my order was delivered. Again, I emailed them that I only received the tank top. They replied that the mug was delivered also. I replied that it was not and that is why I'm writing this review. I will NEVER buy from them again. If you can't own up to your mistakes, you shouldn't be in business. And BTW - their ladies tanks run small. Better size up. :(

GDCannot be trusted at all, scam? This appears to be a scam or a company with no regard to customers, i ordered and they said 2-3 weeks delivery. 6 weeks later i complained and robot-like they said you have to wait for 2-3 weeks, and now 10 weeks after they have stopped responding to my emails requesting a refund and have deleted my order from their website. I will be taking action via their payment gateway.
