Almost a Month and Still No Sweatshirt Almost a month and still no sweatshirt. I email. They email back telling me to give them a few days and I get nothing. I guess I will have to dispute the charge. It’s so unfortunate and unexpected. Their television shows are on point and their website is just terrible.

I ordered a sweatshirt as a Christmas… I ordered a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift on 11/26, a full month before Christmas. It costs $50.49 with shipping. They charged my card, I got a confirmation email. I also received an email from a random site called 'Shop' saying Track you order from Discovery Store. I registered and logged in, no order history. So I so back to my order email. I see they have a phone number and email. I called, text email, nothing for 2 weeks. I think this website is a scam. Says it's The Discovery Store is operated and powered by The Wildflower Group.

Best channel in the world Always something on discovery that will catch your attention. Simply put A must Watch.

They take forever to ship their products It is a good company but if you make a mistake like I did and buy something off their website it will take weeks before you get it.
