Cannot be trusted at all, scam? This appears to be a scam or a company with no regard to customers, i ordered and they said 2-3 weeks delivery. 6 weeks later i complained and robot-like they said you have to wait for 2-3 weeks, and now 10 weeks after they have stopped responding to my emails requesting a refund and have deleted my order from their website. I will be taking action via their payment gateway.

Very Disappointed! Very Disappointed! I received a defective lap top stand and I waited just over 5 weeks for this.

They take forever to ship their products It is a good company but if you make a mistake like I did and buy something off their website it will take weeks before you get it.

5 stars only! Its one of the best channels out there. Entertaining, educational, just observing the views makes you happy. I recommend!

I ordered a sweatshirt as a Christmas… I ordered a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift on 11/26, a full month before Christmas. It costs $50.49 with shipping. They charged my card, I got a confirmation email. I also received an email from a random site called 'Shop' saying Track you order from Discovery Store. I registered and logged in, no order history. So I so back to my order email. I see they have a phone number and email. I called, text email, nothing for 2 weeks. I think this website is a scam. Says it's The Discovery Store is operated and powered by The Wildflower Group.
