I placed an order on 8/2 for some in… I placed an order on 8/2 for some in stock items. I was charged immediately. Two weeks later with no update, I emailed them asking for a status. They responded with a story about covid delays, which I accepted. Mid-September, they told me the issues were resolved, and all back orders would be filled within two weeks. As of 10/2, the items I ordered are no longer listed on their website, and I am still empty handed. Horrible company scamming people out of their money, and hoping you forget about it so they don't have to give a refund.

Poor customer service If I could give this company a zero I would. I made an order 3 months ago on in-stock items and still have not received my item. I have contacted customer service 3 times. They just give me a generic response with promises of doing better- only to wait another month without my package. When I ask for a refund they said they don't do refunds on in-stock items. I told them if the items are in-stock then why haven't they sent it? There are plenty of toy companies that have great customer service. I would highly recommend using another company that respects their customers. As an adult collector it's more of a principle thing. Do yourself a favor and don't give megalopolis your business because you may never get the item that you purchased.

The wooorst... I placed an order almost 3 months ago they keep claiming will ship the next month but never does. Cant get customer service to email or answer phone. Use any other company but this. Never order from these scammers.

I paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.

Same issue as everyone else on this… Same issue as everyone else on this site. Ordered in august still not received. Asked for refund, told me not possible. Keep emailing for updates and they respond a week later saying that it will get sent out within 2 weeks. 3-4 weeks later and still no updates. Don’t deal with them. Iv obviously been scammed and I’m in contact with my bank and financial ombudsman for further help
