This is a terrible company This is a terrible company. They will immediately take your money but never ship your items. They also don't give refunds. I have an order that was never fulfilled and never refunded. Simple thieves. Don't do business with them. I hope others were able to get their money back.

I paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.

The wooorst... I placed an order almost 3 months ago they keep claiming will ship the next month but never does. Cant get customer service to email or answer phone. Use any other company but this. Never order from these scammers.

DONT ORDER FROM THEM I have been very annoyed by this company recently. I tried making an order with them, but I've been barely able to hear from them via email. I tried cancelling my order, but their website is a mess and I've been unable to login into my account. I even tried changing my password, but even that doesn't work. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They've been nothing but difficult for the past year my order has been pending!! I'm still trying to cancel my order but they've been very difficult in that process!!

Same issue as everyone else on this… Same issue as everyone else on this site. Ordered in august still not received. Asked for refund, told me not possible. Keep emailing for updates and they respond a week later saying that it will get sent out within 2 weeks. 3-4 weeks later and still no updates. Don’t deal with them. Iv obviously been scammed and I’m in contact with my bank and financial ombudsman for further help
