Don't pre-order or buy anything with them I pre-order at Megalopolis toys online store for the total price of 112.08 US dollar a couple of action figures from the collection Madballs Premium DNA. The figures supposed to be released and shipped during the spring of 2021, which never happened. I contacted the store and they didn't answer just sent an automatic email message blaming Covid-19 as excuse for their lack of compromise to answer or work correctly. At this point reading all the complaints, it seems this place is a fraudulent businesses thus I don't think they will ship any product. Don't ever trust them or to Premium DNA toys, they seem to be the same.

The wooorst... I placed an order almost 3 months ago they keep claiming will ship the next month but never does. Cant get customer service to email or answer phone. Use any other company but this. Never order from these scammers.

DONT ORDER FROM THEM I have been very annoyed by this company recently. I tried making an order with them, but I've been barely able to hear from them via email. I tried cancelling my order, but their website is a mess and I've been unable to login into my account. I even tried changing my password, but even that doesn't work. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They've been nothing but difficult for the past year my order has been pending!! I'm still trying to cancel my order but they've been very difficult in that process!!

Fraudsters Fraudsters! They are taking money for items they do not have, this is wire fraud. We have contacted the states Attorney General and they are beginning to investigate these felonious criminals. Enough!
