I paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.

DONT ORDER FROM THEM I have been very annoyed by this company recently. I tried making an order with them, but I've been barely able to hear from them via email. I tried cancelling my order, but their website is a mess and I've been unable to login into my account. I even tried changing my password, but even that doesn't work. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They've been nothing but difficult for the past year my order has been pending!! I'm still trying to cancel my order but they've been very difficult in that process!!

The wooorst... I placed an order almost 3 months ago they keep claiming will ship the next month but never does. Cant get customer service to email or answer phone. Use any other company but this. Never order from these scammers.

Ordered worth 176$. No product or refund received I placed an order in August and I have yet to receive anything. It's over an year now !! I've been sending emails to customer service and all the have are excuses or no replies . Order Amount - 176 USD !! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Poor customer service If I could give this company a zero I would. I made an order 3 months ago on in-stock items and still have not received my item. I have contacted customer service 3 times. They just give me a generic response with promises of doing better- only to wait another month without my package. When I ask for a refund they said they don't do refunds on in-stock items. I told them if the items are in-stock then why haven't they sent it? There are plenty of toy companies that have great customer service. I would highly recommend using another company that respects their customers. As an adult collector it's more of a principle thing. Do yourself a favor and don't give megalopolis your business because you may never get the item that you purchased.
