Stop supporting Megalopolis… Stop supporting Megalopolis Collectibles. The are scam artists and thieves. They take your money and never ship your items and refuse to refund you while they ignore your emails. They have a F rating with the Better Business Bureau and it is well deserved. Need more proof that they are fraudsters just check out the numerous negative yelp and google reviews. They are even scamming their own investors (check/see startengine.com investor comments). It is a shame that criminal companies like this are legally allowed to exist. #lawsuitinthemaking

I would give them zero but it's not an… (UPDATE!!). After I posted my initial review, I was contacted by an officer of the company and had my issue resolved amicably. ****I would give them zero but it's not an option. I purchased in-stock items over 3 weeks ago and keep getting a "covid has slowed us down" canned email in response. Since they have not shipped the product I requested a refund and they refused to do it and said they would only do it if they shipped it then I paid to return it THEN charge me a restocking fee on top of that. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD NEVER BE USED.

I placed an order in August and I have… I placed an order in August and I have yet to receive anything. I've been sending emails to customer service and all the have are excuses. They claim Covid19 has delayed shipments but that is rediculous as other American online shipments have made it to my door in a timely manor. Stay away from this company!

I paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.

Fraudsters Fraudsters! They are taking money for items they do not have, this is wire fraud. We have contacted the states Attorney General and they are beginning to investigate these felonious criminals. Enough!
