I paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.

I placed an order in August and I have… I placed an order in August and I have yet to receive anything. I've been sending emails to customer service and all the have are excuses. They claim Covid19 has delayed shipments but that is rediculous as other American online shipments have made it to my door in a timely manor. Stay away from this company!

Was a decent toy store Terrible store. There was a time when Megalopolis.toys could had been great but that has passed. After the store updated its information I doubt Megalopolis is going to ship their previous orders. Now the store is mostly pre-orders even for things that have been released. They blame everything on covid-19 but the terrible way the company was ran is not thanks to covid. The company managers didn't update their product adequately. Shipping was mishandled which caused it to lose rapport with customers and it might be too late. If somehow this company survives this fiasco it will take a very long time to recover. I for one would not be doing business anytime soon. I have made purchases but don't want to risk paying for something I'm never going to receive.

The wooorst... I placed an order almost 3 months ago they keep claiming will ship the next month but never does. Cant get customer service to email or answer phone. Use any other company but this. Never order from these scammers.

Fraudsters Fraudsters! They are taking money for items they do not have, this is wire fraud. We have contacted the states Attorney General and they are beginning to investigate these felonious criminals. Enough!
