I paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.

I would give them zero but it's not an… (UPDATE!!). After I posted my initial review, I was contacted by an officer of the company and had my issue resolved amicably. ****I would give them zero but it's not an option. I purchased in-stock items over 3 weeks ago and keep getting a "covid has slowed us down" canned email in response. Since they have not shipped the product I requested a refund and they refused to do it and said they would only do it if they shipped it then I paid to return it THEN charge me a restocking fee on top of that. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD NEVER BE USED.

This is a terrible company This is a terrible company. They will immediately take your money but never ship your items. They also don't give refunds. I have an order that was never fulfilled and never refunded. Simple thieves. Don't do business with them. I hope others were able to get their money back.

Do not trust Megalopolis Toys!! Ordered a few things from them on August and charged my credit account on the same day. I never received any package, so I decided to cancel it. This time they're giving me the run around, when I asked for a refund. First they say wait 10-15 business days for it to process. So, 15 business days go by and no refund. When I contacted them about it, now their saying there's an error in the system and that my refund wont go through. They keep playing games! I've heard somewhere that there's a lawsuit happening, if anyone has any information please share it! I would like to participate.

The wooorst... I placed an order almost 3 months ago they keep claiming will ship the next month but never does. Cant get customer service to email or answer phone. Use any other company but this. Never order from these scammers.
