Shambles If you asked me before June I would of happily given them 5 stars. However that was before they have taken thousands of my dollars and not shipped the goods. Then when I asked for my money back because of waiting 3 months and counting they refuse as its against their refund policy to refund in stock items! Hero to Zero.

I paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.

DONT ORDER FROM THEM I have been very annoyed by this company recently. I tried making an order with them, but I've been barely able to hear from them via email. I tried cancelling my order, but their website is a mess and I've been unable to login into my account. I even tried changing my password, but even that doesn't work. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They've been nothing but difficult for the past year my order has been pending!! I'm still trying to cancel my order but they've been very difficult in that process!!

I would give them zero but it's not an… (UPDATE!!). After I posted my initial review, I was contacted by an officer of the company and had my issue resolved amicably. ****I would give them zero but it's not an option. I purchased in-stock items over 3 weeks ago and keep getting a "covid has slowed us down" canned email in response. Since they have not shipped the product I requested a refund and they refused to do it and said they would only do it if they shipped it then I paid to return it THEN charge me a restocking fee on top of that. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD NEVER BE USED.

The wooorst... I placed an order almost 3 months ago they keep claiming will ship the next month but never does. Cant get customer service to email or answer phone. Use any other company but this. Never order from these scammers.
