Delay after delay, excuse after excuse... I ordered in JUL 2020 and they have kept my money tied up since. Lots of false promises from "customer service" and now in late Feb 2021, they're saying it's not going to ship and will issue a refund. Well good that I finally get my money back, but the items I ordered cannot be found anymore.

No shipment, no refund for my last year order worth 176 USD. Dont buy Never. I repeat. NEVER buy from them. I made a purchase for 176 USD in Aug 2020, no shipment no refund yet. I'm typing this on Dec.3.2021. Same pasted template every time, we are working on it if you keep sending us emails we will block you. I let my hard earned money go, authorities must look into this.

I paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.

Stop supporting Megalopolis… Stop supporting Megalopolis Collectibles. The are scam artists and thieves. They take your money and never ship your items and refuse to refund you while they ignore your emails. They have a F rating with the Better Business Bureau and it is well deserved. Need more proof that they are fraudsters just check out the numerous negative yelp and google reviews. They are even scamming their own investors (check/see startengine.com investor comments). It is a shame that criminal companies like this are legally allowed to exist. #lawsuitinthemaking
