Do not trust Megalopolis Toys!! Ordered a few things from them on August and charged my credit account on the same day. I never received any package, so I decided to cancel it. This time they're giving me the run around, when I asked for a refund. First they say wait 10-15 business days for it to process. So, 15 business days go by and no refund. When I contacted them about it, now their saying there's an error in the system and that my refund wont go through. They keep playing games! I've heard somewhere that there's a lawsuit happening, if anyone has any information please share it! I would like to participate.

I paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.

Delay after delay, excuse after excuse... I ordered in JUL 2020 and they have kept my money tied up since. Lots of false promises from "customer service" and now in late Feb 2021, they're saying it's not going to ship and will issue a refund. Well good that I finally get my money back, but the items I ordered cannot be found anymore.

This is a terrible company This is a terrible company. They will immediately take your money but never ship your items. They also don't give refunds. I have an order that was never fulfilled and never refunded. Simple thieves. Don't do business with them. I hope others were able to get their money back.
