Fraudsters Fraudsters! They are taking money for items they do not have, this is wire fraud. We have contacted the states Attorney General and they are beginning to investigate these felonious criminals. Enough!

Shambles If you asked me before June I would of happily given them 5 stars. However that was before they have taken thousands of my dollars and not shipped the goods. Then when I asked for my money back because of waiting 3 months and counting they refuse as its against their refund policy to refund in stock items! Hero to Zero.

Ordered worth 176$. No product or refund received I placed an order in August and I have yet to receive anything. It's over an year now !! I've been sending emails to customer service and all the have are excuses or no replies . Order Amount - 176 USD !! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Poor customer service If I could give this company a zero I would. I made an order 3 months ago on in-stock items and still have not received my item. I have contacted customer service 3 times. They just give me a generic response with promises of doing better- only to wait another month without my package. When I ask for a refund they said they don't do refunds on in-stock items. I told them if the items are in-stock then why haven't they sent it? There are plenty of toy companies that have great customer service. I would highly recommend using another company that respects their customers. As an adult collector it's more of a principle thing. Do yourself a favor and don't give megalopolis your business because you may never get the item that you purchased.

I paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.
