Poor customer service If I could give this company a zero I would. I made an order 3 months ago on in-stock items and still have not received my item. I have contacted customer service 3 times. They just give me a generic response with promises of doing better- only to wait another month without my package. When I ask for a refund they said they don't do refunds on in-stock items. I told them if the items are in-stock then why haven't they sent it? There are plenty of toy companies that have great customer service. I would highly recommend using another company that respects their customers. As an adult collector it's more of a principle thing. Do yourself a favor and don't give megalopolis your business because you may never get the item that you purchased.

The wooorst... I placed an order almost 3 months ago they keep claiming will ship the next month but never does. Cant get customer service to email or answer phone. Use any other company but this. Never order from these scammers.

Ordered worth 176$. No product or refund received I placed an order in August and I have yet to receive anything. It's over an year now !! I've been sending emails to customer service and all the have are excuses or no replies . Order Amount - 176 USD !! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I will never buy from Megalopolis again The worst, waited weeks for a supposedly in-stock 'hot off the truck' item before I inquired on the status by email only to be strung along for weeks with no option for a refund. Finally after publicly shaming them on social media someone magically made time to get in touch with me and after another week was issued a refund. I was luckier than most to finally get a refund (though it was a huge hassle) I think mainly because I posted on social media and they couldn't sweep it under the rug. I will never buy from Megalopolis again, their BBB and Trust Pilot reviews speak for themselves. Buyer beware.

I paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.
