GBPoor customer service If I could give this company a zero I would. I made an order 3 months ago on in-stock items and still have not received my item. I have contacted customer service 3 times. They just give me a generic response with promises of doing better- only to wait another month without my package. When I ask for a refund they said they don't do refunds on in-stock items. I told them if the items are in-stock then why haven't they sent it? There are plenty of toy companies that have great customer service. I would highly recommend using another company that respects their customers. As an adult collector it's more of a principle thing. Do yourself a favor and don't give megalopolis your business because you may never get the item that you purchased.

GBAwful service Awful service. Purchased from them in August, it's December, still nothing. Sent several emails with several responses of "sorry for the delay", blaming the COVID-19 pandemic for the issues. It doesn't take 4 MONTHS to ship something.

GBDo not trust Megalopolis Toys!! Ordered a few things from them on August and charged my credit account on the same day. I never received any package, so I decided to cancel it. This time they're giving me the run around, when I asked for a refund. First they say wait 10-15 business days for it to process. So, 15 business days go by and no refund. When I contacted them about it, now their saying there's an error in the system and that my refund wont go through. They keep playing games! I've heard somewhere that there's a lawsuit happening, if anyone has any information please share it! I would like to participate.

GBDelay after delay, excuse after excuse... I ordered in JUL 2020 and they have kept my money tied up since. Lots of false promises from "customer service" and now in late Feb 2021, they're saying it's not going to ship and will issue a refund. Well good that I finally get my money back, but the items I ordered cannot be found anymore.

GBI paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.
