I paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.

Delay after delay, excuse after excuse... I ordered in JUL 2020 and they have kept my money tied up since. Lots of false promises from "customer service" and now in late Feb 2021, they're saying it's not going to ship and will issue a refund. Well good that I finally get my money back, but the items I ordered cannot be found anymore.

Don't pre-order or buy anything with them I pre-order at Megalopolis toys online store for the total price of 112.08 US dollar a couple of action figures from the collection Madballs Premium DNA. The figures supposed to be released and shipped during the spring of 2021, which never happened. I contacted the store and they didn't answer just sent an automatic email message blaming Covid-19 as excuse for their lack of compromise to answer or work correctly. At this point reading all the complaints, it seems this place is a fraudulent businesses thus I don't think they will ship any product. Don't ever trust them or to Premium DNA toys, they seem to be the same.

Fraudsters Fraudsters! They are taking money for items they do not have, this is wire fraud. We have contacted the states Attorney General and they are beginning to investigate these felonious criminals. Enough!

Do not trust Megalopolis Toys!! Ordered a few things from them on August and charged my credit account on the same day. I never received any package, so I decided to cancel it. This time they're giving me the run around, when I asked for a refund. First they say wait 10-15 business days for it to process. So, 15 business days go by and no refund. When I contacted them about it, now their saying there's an error in the system and that my refund wont go through. They keep playing games! I've heard somewhere that there's a lawsuit happening, if anyone has any information please share it! I would like to participate.
