I paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.

Ordered worth 176$. No product or refund received I placed an order in August and I have yet to receive anything. It's over an year now !! I've been sending emails to customer service and all the have are excuses or no replies . Order Amount - 176 USD !! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Same issue as everyone else on this… Same issue as everyone else on this site. Ordered in august still not received. Asked for refund, told me not possible. Keep emailing for updates and they respond a week later saying that it will get sent out within 2 weeks. 3-4 weeks later and still no updates. Don’t deal with them. Iv obviously been scammed and I’m in contact with my bank and financial ombudsman for further help

Shambles If you asked me before June I would of happily given them 5 stars. However that was before they have taken thousands of my dollars and not shipped the goods. Then when I asked for my money back because of waiting 3 months and counting they refuse as its against their refund policy to refund in stock items! Hero to Zero.

This is a terrible company This is a terrible company. They will immediately take your money but never ship your items. They also don't give refunds. I have an order that was never fulfilled and never refunded. Simple thieves. Don't do business with them. I hope others were able to get their money back.
