The wooorst... I placed an order almost 3 months ago they keep claiming will ship the next month but never does. Cant get customer service to email or answer phone. Use any other company but this. Never order from these scammers.

I paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.

I placed an order on 8/2 for some in… I placed an order on 8/2 for some in stock items. I was charged immediately. Two weeks later with no update, I emailed them asking for a status. They responded with a story about covid delays, which I accepted. Mid-September, they told me the issues were resolved, and all back orders would be filled within two weeks. As of 10/2, the items I ordered are no longer listed on their website, and I am still empty handed. Horrible company scamming people out of their money, and hoping you forget about it so they don't have to give a refund.

Do not trust Megalopolis Toys!! Ordered a few things from them on August and charged my credit account on the same day. I never received any package, so I decided to cancel it. This time they're giving me the run around, when I asked for a refund. First they say wait 10-15 business days for it to process. So, 15 business days go by and no refund. When I contacted them about it, now their saying there's an error in the system and that my refund wont go through. They keep playing games! I've heard somewhere that there's a lawsuit happening, if anyone has any information please share it! I would like to participate.
