Same issue as everyone else on this… Same issue as everyone else on this site. Ordered in august still not received. Asked for refund, told me not possible. Keep emailing for updates and they respond a week later saying that it will get sent out within 2 weeks. 3-4 weeks later and still no updates. Don’t deal with them. Iv obviously been scammed and I’m in contact with my bank and financial ombudsman for further help

Fraudsters Fraudsters! They are taking money for items they do not have, this is wire fraud. We have contacted the states Attorney General and they are beginning to investigate these felonious criminals. Enough!

Poor customer service If I could give this company a zero I would. I made an order 3 months ago on in-stock items and still have not received my item. I have contacted customer service 3 times. They just give me a generic response with promises of doing better- only to wait another month without my package. When I ask for a refund they said they don't do refunds on in-stock items. I told them if the items are in-stock then why haven't they sent it? There are plenty of toy companies that have great customer service. I would highly recommend using another company that respects their customers. As an adult collector it's more of a principle thing. Do yourself a favor and don't give megalopolis your business because you may never get the item that you purchased.

The wooorst... I placed an order almost 3 months ago they keep claiming will ship the next month but never does. Cant get customer service to email or answer phone. Use any other company but this. Never order from these scammers.

I placed an order in August and I have… I placed an order in August and I have yet to receive anything. I've been sending emails to customer service and all the have are excuses. They claim Covid19 has delayed shipments but that is rediculous as other American online shipments have made it to my door in a timely manor. Stay away from this company!
