I paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.

I would give them zero but it's not an… (UPDATE!!). After I posted my initial review, I was contacted by an officer of the company and had my issue resolved amicably. ****I would give them zero but it's not an option. I purchased in-stock items over 3 weeks ago and keep getting a "covid has slowed us down" canned email in response. Since they have not shipped the product I requested a refund and they refused to do it and said they would only do it if they shipped it then I paid to return it THEN charge me a restocking fee on top of that. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD NEVER BE USED.

The wooorst... I placed an order almost 3 months ago they keep claiming will ship the next month but never does. Cant get customer service to email or answer phone. Use any other company but this. Never order from these scammers.

Awful service Awful service. Purchased from them in August, it's December, still nothing. Sent several emails with several responses of "sorry for the delay", blaming the COVID-19 pandemic for the issues. It doesn't take 4 MONTHS to ship something.

Ordered worth 176$. No product or refund received I placed an order in August and I have yet to receive anything. It's over an year now !! I've been sending emails to customer service and all the have are excuses or no replies . Order Amount - 176 USD !! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
