GBWas a decent toy store Terrible store. There was a time when Megalopolis.toys could had been great but that has passed. After the store updated its information I doubt Megalopolis is going to ship their previous orders. Now the store is mostly pre-orders even for things that have been released. They blame everything on covid-19 but the terrible way the company was ran is not thanks to covid. The company managers didn't update their product adequately. Shipping was mishandled which caused it to lose rapport with customers and it might be too late. If somehow this company survives this fiasco it will take a very long time to recover. I for one would not be doing business anytime soon. I have made purchases but don't want to risk paying for something I'm never going to receive.

CADon't pre-order or buy anything with them I pre-order at Megalopolis toys online store for the total price of 112.08 US dollar a couple of action figures from the collection Madballs Premium DNA. The figures supposed to be released and shipped during the spring of 2021, which never happened. I contacted the store and they didn't answer just sent an automatic email message blaming Covid-19 as excuse for their lack of compromise to answer or work correctly. At this point reading all the complaints, it seems this place is a fraudulent businesses thus I don't think they will ship any product. Don't ever trust them or to Premium DNA toys, they seem to be the same.

GBPoor customer service If I could give this company a zero I would. I made an order 3 months ago on in-stock items and still have not received my item. I have contacted customer service 3 times. They just give me a generic response with promises of doing better- only to wait another month without my package. When I ask for a refund they said they don't do refunds on in-stock items. I told them if the items are in-stock then why haven't they sent it? There are plenty of toy companies that have great customer service. I would highly recommend using another company that respects their customers. As an adult collector it's more of a principle thing. Do yourself a favor and don't give megalopolis your business because you may never get the item that you purchased.

GBI paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.

GBDelay after delay, excuse after excuse... I ordered in JUL 2020 and they have kept my money tied up since. Lots of false promises from "customer service" and now in late Feb 2021, they're saying it's not going to ship and will issue a refund. Well good that I finally get my money back, but the items I ordered cannot be found anymore.
