Fraudsters Fraudsters! They are taking money for items they do not have, this is wire fraud. We have contacted the states Attorney General and they are beginning to investigate these felonious criminals. Enough!

Awful service Awful service. Purchased from them in August, it's December, still nothing. Sent several emails with several responses of "sorry for the delay", blaming the COVID-19 pandemic for the issues. It doesn't take 4 MONTHS to ship something.

I would give them zero but it's not an… (UPDATE!!). After I posted my initial review, I was contacted by an officer of the company and had my issue resolved amicably. ****I would give them zero but it's not an option. I purchased in-stock items over 3 weeks ago and keep getting a "covid has slowed us down" canned email in response. Since they have not shipped the product I requested a refund and they refused to do it and said they would only do it if they shipped it then I paid to return it THEN charge me a restocking fee on top of that. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD NEVER BE USED.

The wooorst... I placed an order almost 3 months ago they keep claiming will ship the next month but never does. Cant get customer service to email or answer phone. Use any other company but this. Never order from these scammers.

No shipment, no refund for my last year order worth 176 USD. Dont buy Never. I repeat. NEVER buy from them. I made a purchase for 176 USD in Aug 2020, no shipment no refund yet. I'm typing this on Dec.3.2021. Same pasted template every time, we are working on it if you keep sending us emails we will block you. I let my hard earned money go, authorities must look into this.
