I would give them zero but it's not an… (UPDATE!!). After I posted my initial review, I was contacted by an officer of the company and had my issue resolved amicably. ****I would give them zero but it's not an option. I purchased in-stock items over 3 weeks ago and keep getting a "covid has slowed us down" canned email in response. Since they have not shipped the product I requested a refund and they refused to do it and said they would only do it if they shipped it then I paid to return it THEN charge me a restocking fee on top of that. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD NEVER BE USED.

I will never buy from Megalopolis again The worst, waited weeks for a supposedly in-stock 'hot off the truck' item before I inquired on the status by email only to be strung along for weeks with no option for a refund. Finally after publicly shaming them on social media someone magically made time to get in touch with me and after another week was issued a refund. I was luckier than most to finally get a refund (though it was a huge hassle) I think mainly because I posted on social media and they couldn't sweep it under the rug. I will never buy from Megalopolis again, their BBB and Trust Pilot reviews speak for themselves. Buyer beware.

Was a decent toy store Terrible store. There was a time when Megalopolis.toys could had been great but that has passed. After the store updated its information I doubt Megalopolis is going to ship their previous orders. Now the store is mostly pre-orders even for things that have been released. They blame everything on covid-19 but the terrible way the company was ran is not thanks to covid. The company managers didn't update their product adequately. Shipping was mishandled which caused it to lose rapport with customers and it might be too late. If somehow this company survives this fiasco it will take a very long time to recover. I for one would not be doing business anytime soon. I have made purchases but don't want to risk paying for something I'm never going to receive.

Ordered worth 176$. No product or refund received I placed an order in August and I have yet to receive anything. It's over an year now !! I've been sending emails to customer service and all the have are excuses or no replies . Order Amount - 176 USD !! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Do not trust Megalopolis Toys!! Ordered a few things from them on August and charged my credit account on the same day. I never received any package, so I decided to cancel it. This time they're giving me the run around, when I asked for a refund. First they say wait 10-15 business days for it to process. So, 15 business days go by and no refund. When I contacted them about it, now their saying there's an error in the system and that my refund wont go through. They keep playing games! I've heard somewhere that there's a lawsuit happening, if anyone has any information please share it! I would like to participate.
