The wooorst... I placed an order almost 3 months ago they keep claiming will ship the next month but never does. Cant get customer service to email or answer phone. Use any other company but this. Never order from these scammers.

Stop supporting Megalopolis… Stop supporting Megalopolis Collectibles. The are scam artists and thieves. They take your money and never ship your items and refuse to refund you while they ignore your emails. They have a F rating with the Better Business Bureau and it is well deserved. Need more proof that they are fraudsters just check out the numerous negative yelp and google reviews. They are even scamming their own investors (check/see startengine.com investor comments). It is a shame that criminal companies like this are legally allowed to exist. #lawsuitinthemaking

Fraudsters Fraudsters! They are taking money for items they do not have, this is wire fraud. We have contacted the states Attorney General and they are beginning to investigate these felonious criminals. Enough!

I will never buy from Megalopolis again The worst, waited weeks for a supposedly in-stock 'hot off the truck' item before I inquired on the status by email only to be strung along for weeks with no option for a refund. Finally after publicly shaming them on social media someone magically made time to get in touch with me and after another week was issued a refund. I was luckier than most to finally get a refund (though it was a huge hassle) I think mainly because I posted on social media and they couldn't sweep it under the rug. I will never buy from Megalopolis again, their BBB and Trust Pilot reviews speak for themselves. Buyer beware.

DONT ORDER FROM THEM I have been very annoyed by this company recently. I tried making an order with them, but I've been barely able to hear from them via email. I tried cancelling my order, but their website is a mess and I've been unable to login into my account. I even tried changing my password, but even that doesn't work. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They've been nothing but difficult for the past year my order has been pending!! I'm still trying to cancel my order but they've been very difficult in that process!!
