Don't pre-order or buy anything with them I pre-order at Megalopolis toys online store for the total price of 112.08 US dollar a couple of action figures from the collection Madballs Premium DNA. The figures supposed to be released and shipped during the spring of 2021, which never happened. I contacted the store and they didn't answer just sent an automatic email message blaming Covid-19 as excuse for their lack of compromise to answer or work correctly. At this point reading all the complaints, it seems this place is a fraudulent businesses thus I don't think they will ship any product. Don't ever trust them or to Premium DNA toys, they seem to be the same.

I paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.

Fraudsters Fraudsters! They are taking money for items they do not have, this is wire fraud. We have contacted the states Attorney General and they are beginning to investigate these felonious criminals. Enough!

This is a terrible company This is a terrible company. They will immediately take your money but never ship your items. They also don't give refunds. I have an order that was never fulfilled and never refunded. Simple thieves. Don't do business with them. I hope others were able to get their money back.

I placed an order on 8/2 for some in… I placed an order on 8/2 for some in stock items. I was charged immediately. Two weeks later with no update, I emailed them asking for a status. They responded with a story about covid delays, which I accepted. Mid-September, they told me the issues were resolved, and all back orders would be filled within two weeks. As of 10/2, the items I ordered are no longer listed on their website, and I am still empty handed. Horrible company scamming people out of their money, and hoping you forget about it so they don't have to give a refund.
