INNo shipment, no refund for my last year order worth 176 USD. Dont buy Never. I repeat. NEVER buy from them. I made a purchase for 176 USD in Aug 2020, no shipment no refund yet. I'm typing this on Dec.3.2021. Same pasted template every time, we are working on it if you keep sending us emails we will block you. I let my hard earned money go, authorities must look into this.

GBDelay after delay, excuse after excuse... I ordered in JUL 2020 and they have kept my money tied up since. Lots of false promises from "customer service" and now in late Feb 2021, they're saying it's not going to ship and will issue a refund. Well good that I finally get my money back, but the items I ordered cannot be found anymore.

GBThis is a terrible company This is a terrible company. They will immediately take your money but never ship your items. They also don't give refunds. I have an order that was never fulfilled and never refunded. Simple thieves. Don't do business with them. I hope others were able to get their money back.

GBI placed an order on 8/2 for some in… I placed an order on 8/2 for some in stock items. I was charged immediately. Two weeks later with no update, I emailed them asking for a status. They responded with a story about covid delays, which I accepted. Mid-September, they told me the issues were resolved, and all back orders would be filled within two weeks. As of 10/2, the items I ordered are no longer listed on their website, and I am still empty handed. Horrible company scamming people out of their money, and hoping you forget about it so they don't have to give a refund.

GBWas a decent toy store Terrible store. There was a time when Megalopolis.toys could had been great but that has passed. After the store updated its information I doubt Megalopolis is going to ship their previous orders. Now the store is mostly pre-orders even for things that have been released. They blame everything on covid-19 but the terrible way the company was ran is not thanks to covid. The company managers didn't update their product adequately. Shipping was mishandled which caused it to lose rapport with customers and it might be too late. If somehow this company survives this fiasco it will take a very long time to recover. I for one would not be doing business anytime soon. I have made purchases but don't want to risk paying for something I'm never going to receive.
