Poor customer service If I could give this company a zero I would. I made an order 3 months ago on in-stock items and still have not received my item. I have contacted customer service 3 times. They just give me a generic response with promises of doing better- only to wait another month without my package. When I ask for a refund they said they don't do refunds on in-stock items. I told them if the items are in-stock then why haven't they sent it? There are plenty of toy companies that have great customer service. I would highly recommend using another company that respects their customers. As an adult collector it's more of a principle thing. Do yourself a favor and don't give megalopolis your business because you may never get the item that you purchased.

They claim Covid19 has delayed shipments but that is rediculous as other American online shipments have made it to my door in a timely manor. Stay away from this company!

Don't pre-order or buy anything with them I pre-order at Megalopolis toys online store for the total price of 112.08 US dollar a couple of action figures from the collection Madballs Premium DNA. The figures supposed to be released and shipped during the spring of 2021, which never happened. I contacted the store and they didn't answer just sent an automatic email message blaming Covid-19 as excuse for their lack of compromise to answer or work correctly. At this point reading all the complaints, it seems this place is a fraudulent businesses thus I don't think they will ship any product. Don't ever trust them or to Premium DNA toys, they seem to be the same.

I paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.
