Fraudsters Fraudsters! They are taking money for items they do not have, this is wire fraud. We have contacted the states Attorney General and they are beginning to investigate these felonious criminals. Enough!

Was a decent toy store Terrible store. There was a time when Megalopolis.toys could had been great but that has passed. After the store updated its information I doubt Megalopolis is going to ship their previous orders. Now the store is mostly pre-orders even for things that have been released. They blame everything on covid-19 but the terrible way the company was ran is not thanks to covid. The company managers didn't update their product adequately. Shipping was mishandled which caused it to lose rapport with customers and it might be too late. If somehow this company survives this fiasco it will take a very long time to recover. I for one would not be doing business anytime soon. I have made purchases but don't want to risk paying for something I'm never going to receive.

I paid off my partial.lypayment plan… I paid off my partial.ly payment plan almost two weeks ago. I have not received a tracking number nor a response to multiple emails. Like some other reviewers prior to this experience I would have given them 5 stars for service, communication,quality and quick shipping. I don't know what happened. It is very disappointing.

Shambles If you asked me before June I would of happily given them 5 stars. However that was before they have taken thousands of my dollars and not shipped the goods. Then when I asked for my money back because of waiting 3 months and counting they refuse as its against their refund policy to refund in stock items! Hero to Zero.

I placed an order on 8/2 for some in… I placed an order on 8/2 for some in stock items. I was charged immediately. Two weeks later with no update, I emailed them asking for a status. They responded with a story about covid delays, which I accepted. Mid-September, they told me the issues were resolved, and all back orders would be filled within two weeks. As of 10/2, the items I ordered are no longer listed on their website, and I am still empty handed. Horrible company scamming people out of their money, and hoping you forget about it so they don't have to give a refund.
