No way to communicate with them Placed an order for DC Universe Series 17 (which clearly states is in stock). Said it would ship in 5-7 days. Nothing has shipped. I've received no notification, no follow-up email, nothing. The Contact Us form does not work and their "phone number" is busy every time I call. Right now, this place screams "scam site". Order confirmation also provides no information on how to contact them.

Possibly the worst toy sellers on the internet Ordered a bunch of stuff from them and was very careful to only order items that were advertised as "In Stock". First, it took over 3 weeks for the toys to arrive. It took them nearly 2 weeks just to mail them! Never received any invoice, e-mail, etc regarding the status of my order. Took them days to respond to an e-mail inquiry and they did so very brusquely. When I received the items, all the best ones were MIA ie NOT in stock and the stuff that was left was mostly tri-lingual packaging (NOT advertised as such on their site) and most of the packages were pretty beat up. I suggest you take heed of this and the other mostly negative reviews about this company and avoid them at all cost.

says they have in stock but then when you order turns out they dont have I have ordered from them on 2 different occasions for a total of 3 figures. Both times I ordered figures that on the website says they were in stock and i get a confirmation email of my order. I check back a couple days later and the items I bought are sold out. They kept my order pending for 7 days. Thankfully they refunded my money but they have poor customer service. Never notified me that they never had the items in stock and when they finally replied to my emails they never apologized for the mistake on they're part.

DID NOT DELIVER MERCHANDISE Purchased the Marvel Super Hero Squad Avenger 4pack on 1/6 and was so exicited because that is all my grandson wanted for his birthday. Toydorks charged my account and emailed me a receipt number. I waited for a tracking number and they never responded. I emailed them twice and they never responded. Finally I had to put a dispute in with Paypal and they are now refunding my money, which still has not be credited to my account. It is now 1/22. Don't use this company...they can't deliver the product..BUT they make sure they take your money!! The best is after the dispute response from paypal I get an email from a Frank at Toydorks congratulating me because I have been given a 10% off coupon!!! ARE THEY KIDDING ME OR WHAT...TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
