GBsays they have in stock but then when you order turns out they dont have I have ordered from them on 2 different occasions for a total of 3 figures. Both times I ordered figures that on the website says they were in stock and i get a confirmation email of my order. I check back a couple days later and the items I bought are sold out. They kept my order pending for 7 days. Thankfully they refunded my money but they have poor customer service. Never notified me that they never had the items in stock and when they finally replied to my emails they never apologized for the mistake on they're part.

GBDID NOT DELIVER MERCHANDISE Purchased the Marvel Super Hero Squad Avenger 4pack on 1/6 and was so exicited because that is all my grandson wanted for his birthday. Toydorks charged my account and emailed me a receipt number. I waited for a tracking number and they never responded. I emailed them twice and they never responded. Finally I had to put a dispute in with Paypal and they are now refunding my money, which still has not be credited to my account. It is now 1/22. Don't use this company...they can't deliver the product..BUT they make sure they take your money!! The best is after the dispute response from paypal I get an email from a Frank at Toydorks congratulating me because I have been given a 10% off coupon!!! ARE THEY KIDDING ME OR WHAT...TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

GBTerrible Ordered a toy for my son. Card charged, no word or sign of the toy. 3 weeks later, & I just got a shipping confirmation email. After reading the other reviews (wish I had seen them earlier!) I'm hoping we at least get the toy & it's in good shape. Never write reviews but this company is just awful.

GBDo NOT Deliver as promised! They say on the site that it ships in "5-7 business days" DON'T believe it! They start giving excuses and aren't good about answering e-mails. Had to file a claim with pay-pal, and they DID refund. Bottom line, this place isn't worth your trouble, GO ELSEWHERE with your business, just like they told me after they refunded my money! I said I was happy to do that!!!!
