us toydorks real or fake Why isn't there a phone number still haven't gotten a reply someone has to do something too many complaints I'm noticing now

DID NOT DELIVER MERCHANDISE Purchased the Marvel Super Hero Squad Avenger 4pack on 1/6 and was so exicited because that is all my grandson wanted for his birthday. Toydorks charged my account and emailed me a receipt number. I waited for a tracking number and they never responded. I emailed them twice and they never responded. Finally I had to put a dispute in with Paypal and they are now refunding my money, which still has not be credited to my account. It is now 1/22. Don't use this company...they can't deliver the product..BUT they make sure they take your money!! The best is after the dispute response from paypal I get an email from a Frank at Toydorks congratulating me because I have been given a 10% off coupon!!! ARE THEY KIDDING ME OR WHAT...TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

AVOID this site!! They are dishonest. I ordered a bunch of hard-to-find things on their site in October. I received the small items a couple of months later in early January. But there was a $240.00 19" figure that never came. I went back and forth with their guy "Gary" strung me along through Feb and March getting every excuse to suppliers being late to it got damaged when it got to their shop. Now, there's no response at all. They took my money and i got a headache in return. Shenanigans!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM TOYDORKS!!! I placed an order for my grandson as a Christmas gift on 11/22/11. I never received the items, they do not respond to emails nor do they have a phone number that you can talk to someone. I only wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order. I am now contacting my credit card company to reverse the charge. If I could give a minus on this so called company I would, they don't deserve even 1 star!

No good at all That sums up my experience. It's just as well I paid through Paypal as this ensures a way to get your money back, which is exactly what I had to do. No replys to emails whatsoever, and of course no figures either.
