us toydorks real or fake Why isn't there a phone number still haven't gotten a reply someone has to do something too many complaints I'm noticing now

DO NOT ORDER FROM TOYDORKS!!! I placed an order for my grandson as a Christmas gift on 11/22/11. I never received the items, they do not respond to emails nor do they have a phone number that you can talk to someone. I only wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order. I am now contacting my credit card company to reverse the charge. If I could give a minus on this so called company I would, they don't deserve even 1 star!

Un-believable! Same as I'd heard. Nice Web-site, lots of items, after ordering and being charged(quickly) I waited a little over a week, E-mailed THEM about order status, twice. Three or four days past, and I got notification that the item was out of stock. In a few days the item was available/in stock again, but for 40% more than was originally listed.

Cheap on the rise - big selection Cheap prices on collectibles. Products are listed as: instock, available, preorders, outofstock so that collectors like me can know when to expect shipment. Its nice to find a place out of print products just like toywiz but at a lower price. Shipping cost is reasonable.

DID NOT DELIVER MERCHANDISE Purchased the Marvel Super Hero Squad Avenger 4pack on 1/6 and was so exicited because that is all my grandson wanted for his birthday. Toydorks charged my account and emailed me a receipt number. I waited for a tracking number and they never responded. I emailed them twice and they never responded. Finally I had to put a dispute in with Paypal and they are now refunding my money, which still has not be credited to my account. It is now 1/22. Don't use this company...they can't deliver the product..BUT they make sure they take your money!! The best is after the dispute response from paypal I get an email from a Frank at Toydorks congratulating me because I have been given a 10% off coupon!!! ARE THEY KIDDING ME OR WHAT...TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
