GBTerrible Ordered a toy for my son. Card charged, no word or sign of the toy. 3 weeks later, & I just got a shipping confirmation email. After reading the other reviews (wish I had seen them earlier!) I'm hoping we at least get the toy & it's in good shape. Never write reviews but this company is just awful.

GBsteer clear after searching the internet for 2 days for a hard to find action figure, i finally find it on toydorks.com. i was so excited and i ordered it on January 2. i'm still waiting for it on January 19. left 2 emails, got no response. i'm very aggravated & after already telling my nephew that it's on it's way, he will be so disappointed (that's the worst part). i'm pretty sure i'm not going to get my order, yet i still wait for the mailman....waiting and hoping...

GBawfull dorks Placed order 2 weeks ago, they charged my card, but have not contacted me, ok, waited for a week, sent them an e-mail, no reply, seems like they robbed me, damn, now I have to find ways to reclaim my money back

GBHighly not recommended Needless to say much of the negative reviews hold water as I had a very similar experience where there was a lack of communication and they were out of stock of the items that were listed as available on their site. I made a purchase and immediately receive the receipt for the charged to my card but weeks later never got any other communication despite my emails and persistent phone calls that I left voicemails with. Almost a month had passed and I had heard nothing and have seen nothing and had to take a dispute up with my credit card company. It's clearly evident that whoever runs this business has something else going on because their site is not a priority to them in any way whatsoever and I'm almost under the impression that this is a one-man show. Basically I would steer away from this site despite their very attractive display of product. You may end up wasting your time such as I did.

GBAs of October 2020 As of October 2020: I would really hesitate to believe any of the positive reviews on this forum/site. My experience exactly echoes every other one star review left here. There is absolutely no way to contact this company with your dispute. Their email form kicks you back with some nonsense excuse. Their telephone number is disconnected. There is no way to contact Toy Dorks. Essentially I got ripped off for 70$. It is completely possible this is a scam and it's working great for someone. Stick with companies you know. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. There are plenty of great companies out there selling new and vintage toys RELIABLY. Don't waste your time or money with Toy Dorks...their motto: Giving Dorks A Bad Name Since The Turn Of The Century.
