GBTerrible Ordered a toy for my son. Card charged, no word or sign of the toy. 3 weeks later, & I just got a shipping confirmation email. After reading the other reviews (wish I had seen them earlier!) I'm hoping we at least get the toy & it's in good shape. Never write reviews but this company is just awful.

CATotal Blemish This site is a complete joke. I ordered a product listed as 'in stock' and according to their site policy, it would ship within 1-3 days. It's been over 2 weeks and I'm still waiting, and what's worse, they have made no attempts whatsoever to respond to any of my e-mails. Very disappointing.... for all that is kind and holy, please steer clear from this sham site, or you may be facing the same debacle. Had to open a paypal claim...waiting to get a refund.

CANo way to communicate with them Placed an order for DC Universe Series 17 (which clearly states is in stock). Said it would ship in 5-7 days. Nothing has shipped. I've received no notification, no follow-up email, nothing. The Contact Us form does not work and their "phone number" is busy every time I call. Right now, this place screams "scam site". Order confirmation also provides no information on how to contact them.

CATERRIBLE TERRIBLE! I ordered some 25th Anniversary G.I. Joe figures about a month or two ago & was charged, but have not received my purchase & have had no confirmation email or anything despite my card being charged! Once again, their phone line is busy...you can't email them because it doesn't go through when you submit it (says you have to go back & fix something). No professionalism whatsoever. I probably will not see my purchase. The Better Business Bereau should be notified.

GBDo NOT Deliver as promised! They say on the site that it ships in "5-7 business days" DON'T believe it! They start giving excuses and aren't good about answering e-mails. Had to file a claim with pay-pal, and they DID refund. Bottom line, this place isn't worth your trouble, GO ELSEWHERE with your business, just like they told me after they refunded my money! I said I was happy to do that!!!!
