DID NOT DELIVER MERCHANDISE Purchased the Marvel Super Hero Squad Avenger 4pack on 1/6 and was so exicited because that is all my grandson wanted for his birthday. Toydorks charged my account and emailed me a receipt number. I waited for a tracking number and they never responded. I emailed them twice and they never responded. Finally I had to put a dispute in with Paypal and they are now refunding my money, which still has not be credited to my account. It is now 1/22. Don't use this company...they can't deliver the product..BUT they make sure they take your money!! The best is after the dispute response from paypal I get an email from a Frank at Toydorks congratulating me because I have been given a 10% off coupon!!! ARE THEY KIDDING ME OR WHAT...TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Terrible Ordered a toy for my son. Card charged, no word or sign of the toy. 3 weeks later, & I just got a shipping confirmation email. After reading the other reviews (wish I had seen them earlier!) I'm hoping we at least get the toy & it's in good shape. Never write reviews but this company is just awful.

Total Blemish This site is a complete joke. I ordered a product listed as 'in stock' and according to their site policy, it would ship within 1-3 days. It's been over 2 weeks and I'm still waiting, and what's worse, they have made no attempts whatsoever to respond to any of my e-mails. Very disappointing.... for all that is kind and holy, please steer clear from this sham site, or you may be facing the same debacle. Had to open a paypal claim...waiting to get a refund.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! I ordered some 25th Anniversary G.I. Joe figures about a month or two ago & was charged, but have not received my purchase & have had no confirmation email or anything despite my card being charged! Once again, their phone line is busy...you can't email them because it doesn't go through when you submit it (says you have to go back & fix something). No professionalism whatsoever. I probably will not see my purchase. The Better Business Bereau should be notified.

awfull dorks Placed order 2 weeks ago, they charged my card, but have not contacted me, ok, waited for a week, sent them an e-mail, no reply, seems like they robbed me, damn, now I have to find ways to reclaim my money back
