Possibly the worst toy sellers on the internet Ordered a bunch of stuff from them and was very careful to only order items that were advertised as "In Stock". First, it took over 3 weeks for the toys to arrive. It took them nearly 2 weeks just to mail them! Never received any invoice, e-mail, etc regarding the status of my order. Took them days to respond to an e-mail inquiry and they did so very brusquely. When I received the items, all the best ones were MIA ie NOT in stock and the stuff that was left was mostly tri-lingual packaging (NOT advertised as such on their site) and most of the packages were pretty beat up. I suggest you take heed of this and the other mostly negative reviews about this company and avoid them at all cost.

DID NOT DELIVER MERCHANDISE Purchased the Marvel Super Hero Squad Avenger 4pack on 1/6 and was so exicited because that is all my grandson wanted for his birthday. Toydorks charged my account and emailed me a receipt number. I waited for a tracking number and they never responded. I emailed them twice and they never responded. Finally I had to put a dispute in with Paypal and they are now refunding my money, which still has not be credited to my account. It is now 1/22. Don't use this company...they can't deliver the product..BUT they make sure they take your money!! The best is after the dispute response from paypal I get an email from a Frank at Toydorks congratulating me because I have been given a 10% off coupon!!! ARE THEY KIDDING ME OR WHAT...TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM TOYDORKS!!! I placed an order for my grandson as a Christmas gift on 11/22/11. I never received the items, they do not respond to emails nor do they have a phone number that you can talk to someone. I only wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order. I am now contacting my credit card company to reverse the charge. If I could give a minus on this so called company I would, they don't deserve even 1 star!
