awfull dorks Placed order 2 weeks ago, they charged my card, but have not contacted me, ok, waited for a week, sent them an e-mail, no reply, seems like they robbed me, damn, now I have to find ways to reclaim my money back

DID NOT DELIVER MERCHANDISE Purchased the Marvel Super Hero Squad Avenger 4pack on 1/6 and was so exicited because that is all my grandson wanted for his birthday. Toydorks charged my account and emailed me a receipt number. I waited for a tracking number and they never responded. I emailed them twice and they never responded. Finally I had to put a dispute in with Paypal and they are now refunding my money, which still has not be credited to my account. It is now 1/22. Don't use this company...they can't deliver the product..BUT they make sure they take your money!! The best is after the dispute response from paypal I get an email from a Frank at Toydorks congratulating me because I have been given a 10% off coupon!!! ARE THEY KIDDING ME OR WHAT...TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

steer clear after searching the internet for 2 days for a hard to find action figure, i finally find it on toydorks.com. i was so excited and i ordered it on January 2. i'm still waiting for it on January 19. left 2 emails, got no response. i'm very aggravated & after already telling my nephew that it's on it's way, he will be so disappointed (that's the worst part). i'm pretty sure i'm not going to get my order, yet i still wait for the mailman....waiting and hoping...

Dishonest dorks The original online shop of Toy Dorks is extremely unreliable. You will likely encounter outrageous delays and lack of honest communication if you try to do business with them. They also habitually accept orders for items they do not to have and that you may never receive. In which case they will not give you any refund if you do not threaten them with litigation. Toy Dorks sells also in Amazon. The system of feedback prevents them to proceed as they do on their original online shop.

Highly not recommended Needless to say much of the negative reviews hold water as I had a very similar experience where there was a lack of communication and they were out of stock of the items that were listed as available on their site. I made a purchase and immediately receive the receipt for the charged to my card but weeks later never got any other communication despite my emails and persistent phone calls that I left voicemails with. Almost a month had passed and I had heard nothing and have seen nothing and had to take a dispute up with my credit card company. It's clearly evident that whoever runs this business has something else going on because their site is not a priority to them in any way whatsoever and I'm almost under the impression that this is a one-man show. Basically I would steer away from this site despite their very attractive display of product. You may end up wasting your time such as I did.
