The BEST EXPERIENCE Honestly the process form start to finish was great. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've had in a long time. They make you feel like family from the very start. We did the polar experience. I placed reservation with Tammy and spoke to her a couple of times. Called with questions and got someone else and they were both just so kind. When I initially called, they were booked for the entire month except for a few select days. We quickly reserved our day and the rest was history. The bus we picked was getting worked on, so they sent 2 buses instead. Apologized that we would not be all together, but honestly I think it worked out. Our drivers were Nate and Jorge! Nate knew what he was doing. Had an idea of places to stop at and was familiar with Phillips Lincoln lights map. He explained all the details of what would happen. So incredibly kind and ready to give us an experience. Both buses stayed together for the most part but did separate in between and after. I was on the bus with Jorge. His energy I feel like set the tone for our bus from the very start! We started by jamming out and dancing in the bus before leaving. We had to drop off a friend and made a rest stop. Ended our night with the grand finale light show. Each of the kids were given a Polar express ticket. Which their eyes just lit up like Christmas trees. There were 41 of us, mostly adults. Who enjoyed cookies, a hot cocoa bar, and the entire tour. Both groups compared photos and experiences and both buses enjoyed it. Some even mentioned making this a tradition. The entire experience was great! The entire experience was great! The planning process was easy and entirely online, including payment. Our driver, Amrando, was communicative and arrived early so we could set up the bus ahead of our party arriving. We were on time all night and he got us everywhere safely and efficiently. We will definitely use Elite Party Bus again for work events in the future!

Ernesto was great! Ernesto was great!! He was a great driver and very easy and fun to talk to. The only complaint I have is that there was no way for people to really support themselves while dancing. Other buses I have been on have a railing or two that run across the top of the bus for people to have more stability and feel more comfortable dancing. I don't know if that is something that can be fixed or not, but did hear many people comment on that. Otherwise, the bus was clean, fun and everyone had a great time!!
