USOur Driver Joel was great Our Driver Joel was great! I have used elite in the past, it was a smaller bus. My only improvement feedback would be possibly updating some of the technology on the bus. The TV's only played one screen and some of the speakers are definitely past their prime. However your rates are great so I understand it might not be on the near radar. Overall experience was perfect though.
