I wasn’t able to use vouchers I initially purchased, but Rush49 allowed for flexibility in issuing credit toward the purchase of another experience. Ernie was great—he helped me navigate a tricky situation and even spent extra time assisting me over the phone. I value his patience and understanding. This kind of customer service motivates me to use Rush49 again for fun events in the future.

GBA nice savings break when costs are increasing everywhere With costs going up for everything and many of us customers wanting to have experiences with our families we have to look for discounts. I am glad we came across Rush49 and having never heard of the company to know if it was reputable we were willing to take a chance and glad we did. Saving a few dollars per person was helpful, check-in at the Crayola factory there were no issues and the staff knew exactly how to handle the purchase from Rush.
