GBAll great! All great! The option to edit the booking (when the guests would like to change the date or the hours) without having to contactcustomer support would be nice. Also, it looks like uptading the availabilities in the calendar doesn't actually block the times that aren't available, and guest can still send a booking request for an non-available time. That'd be great if it greyed out the time and made it anavailable for booking. Other than that, good experience doing business with Splacer!

GBThe venue was perfect for a dinner party. We were early by 10 minutes and were allowed access. The venue was clean. Response before, during and after was always good. Convenient to a train station. Parking availability wasn't great but doable.

GBI love using Splacer as it is easy to find different and unique locations for my productions. I love using Splacer as it is easy to find the type of location per project criteria. And being able to filter and sort the properties by features is extremely helpful! I have had nothing but positive experiences on here!

GBWorst service ever Worst service ever. We still haven’t been paid for renting our space yet Splacer has the money from our renter. We contacted Splacer multiple times for help with serious problems that occurred when the renter was there and they haven’t responded. We experienced vandalism, lying about how many people were going to be at our space and the place was a mess after they left. Splacer is such a scam!!!

GBIt has been more than two weeks sent… It has been more than two weeks sent our space was rented and we have yet to be paid from Splacer. It's been a constant variety of excuses from them but still no payment. Feels very much like a scam.
