Hidden Gem My client recently rented this space for a farewell brunch, and the experience was great. The venue staff was incredibly cooperative, ensuring that everything we needed was ready and set up to perfection. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and supported. The space itself was charming and well-maintained, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere for our event. It was equipped with all the necessary items and amenities, making our brunch seamless and stress-free. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better venue for our farewell brunch. I highly recommend this venue for any event you may be planning. It's a hidden gem!

Everything was almost perfect Everything was almost perfect. Sadly, because the ac wasn't working or strong enough (its summertime in nyc which is humid and hot), it wasn't a great experience. The space itself was great however, 30 guests sweating in a humid photography studio ruins the vibe and it ruined all our snacks and made them stale.

I love using Splacer as it is easy to find different and unique locations for my productions. I love using Splacer as it is easy to find the type of location per project criteria. And being able to filter and sort the properties by features is extremely helpful! I have had nothing but positive experiences on here!

This is a perfect place For a small… This is a perfect place For a small celebration. We invited 30 guests to my adult son's birthday party and it was a huge success, not only because of the venue and location (corner st., upstairs, immaculate, comfortable, huge windows all around), but also because of Danielle our hostess. She was warm, gracious and very helpful. I will recommend this place to all my friends for their future events. Thank you Danielle. We all had a wonderful time. Great memories.

It has been more than two weeks sent… It has been more than two weeks sent our space was rented and we have yet to be paid from Splacer. It's been a constant variety of excuses from them but still no payment. Feels very much like a scam.
