Worst service ever Worst service ever. We still haven’t been paid for renting our space yet Splacer has the money from our renter. We contacted Splacer multiple times for help with serious problems that occurred when the renter was there and they haven’t responded. We experienced vandalism, lying about how many people were going to be at our space and the place was a mess after they left. Splacer is such a scam!!!

Making the Impossible Possible during COVID They were extremely helpful in finding the perfect location to hold my Murder Mystery Birthday Brunch. Especially during this crazy time it would have been an insurmountable feat with the help of Splacer. Will definitely use again.

Hidden Gem My client recently rented this space for a farewell brunch, and the experience was great. The venue staff was incredibly cooperative, ensuring that everything we needed was ready and set up to perfection. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and supported. The space itself was charming and well-maintained, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere for our event. It was equipped with all the necessary items and amenities, making our brunch seamless and stress-free. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better venue for our farewell brunch. Everything was almost perfect Everything was almost perfect. Sadly, because the ac wasn't working or strong enough (its summertime in nyc which is humid and hot), it wasn't a great experience. The space itself was great however, 30 guests sweating in a humid photography studio ruins the vibe and it ruined all our snacks and made them stale.
