Worst service ever Worst service ever. We still haven’t been paid for renting our space yet Splacer has the money from our renter. We contacted Splacer multiple times for help with serious problems that occurred when the renter was there and they haven’t responded. We experienced vandalism, lying about how many people were going to be at our space and the place was a mess after they left. Splacer is such a scam!!!

It has been more than two weeks sent… It has been more than two weeks sent our space was rented and we have yet to be paid from Splacer. It's been a constant variety of excuses from them but still no payment. Feels very much like a scam.

Love Splacer I really enjoyed exploring with ease while using this user friendly website. I was in search of a small yet affordable venue to host a small family gathering and eventually stumbled upon one venue where my family and I had a good time. The property owner was truly nice, accommodating, and explained the rules carefully....Moreover, he was timely and honest about sending/receiving the security deposit and the place was as advertised when seeing it in person. Will be using this site from now on...Thanks Splacer.

Splacer best in promoting local business Splacer has helped me to find the best place that Im really looking for! Had spent a lot of time in the interning looking through highs & lows, but never really find the exact place that I envisioned for my party. Places are either too far (from my place), too big (for small gathering) & will be too expensive(beyond my set budget). Only Spaceler had showed the place that I really wanted. So thank you splacer !
