Called me from the US to take the extra payment. Every agent I dealt with was helpful. Polite. Couldn’t do enough for me. Such a contrast from any customer service you get in the UK

ESGood for Broadway tickets Bought Broadway tickets a few days in advance for a great price. Loved how the website shows the views from the seats. Out of all the sites I tried, Seat Geek was the easiest to use. I tried downloading the app when we were in New York but I couldn't, probably because my phone is European and the app isn't available in my country. Would definitely use again if I'm back in the US.

GBI had a fine experience using SeatGeek… I had a fine experience using SeatGeek for U2 @ the Sphere in Las Vegas. The seats were excellent and the base price was reasonable. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I would have given a 5-star rating but felt the add-on fees were exorbitant. The fees were ridiculous. They worked out to 43% of the base price. Kind of a rip off.
