GBCustomer Service I would prefer that when I talk with customer service that I could use my loyalty points, as opposed to just when I place an online order. Being able to work with someone who is knowledgeable is part of the reason that I like to call Ace Ticket in the first place.

GBI purchased four Boston Red Sox Tickets… I purchased four Boston Red Sox Tickets on 3/24/2024 and the transaction went through but I have not yet received the tickets?? Please inform me as to how I can receive them

GBEverything went well until I could… Everything went well until I could download my tickets, I got ahold of the Blue Jays ticket office and the sent them to me via text , not your fault but very disappointing, really don’t understand because I downloaded tickets the week before when we attended the Blue Jays and Yankees ?

GBI did not transfer my tickets in time… I did not transfer my tickets in time from the email link to my account and my ticketmaster link expired. The agent I spoke with was excellent in helping resolve the matter. He put me on hold and contacted the seller quickly. The issue was solved fast and the agent was very pleasant and understanding!
