I did not transfer my tickets in time… I did not transfer my tickets in time from the email link to my account and my ticketmaster link expired. The agent I spoke with was excellent in helping resolve the matter. He put me on hold and contacted the seller quickly. The issue was solved fast and the agent was very pleasant and understanding!

Tickets weren’t sent Tickets weren’t sent! Had to go to will pick up an hour early and never sent! On phone twice at will call with nothing but frustration and waiting til 10 minutes prior to show time! Finally received two tickets from Ticketmaster with a response we will not charge you for handling fees! Poor business, should have got some refund for frustration alone excluding the inconvenience! Never again! Poor representation!
