GBAbsolute GARBAGE COMPANY!! Absolute GARBAGE COMPANY!!! Say away from VividSeats at all costs. They are a predatory ticket scalping site that puts all of the responsibility on other companies & the buyer themselves. I spent over $1k for tickets to event & had to sell them not long after buying them. The company basically told me that I have to wait 4 months to get my money back & that it is my responsibility to get the tickets to the new buyer. The tickets will not even be delivered to me until the day before the event, so now I have 1 DAY to get these tickets to that buyers. This place should not be in business & should be shut down immediately.

GBThey Killed It The opening band DeathbyRomy really set the tone with their performance, they did fantastic and really got the crowd into it. Caskets did well and then Crown the Empire did a great job of having fun with the crowd and getting people ready for Set It Off. Set It Off absolutely killed it, one of the best performances I’d seen and the stuff they did for the audience was awesome. I also thought the concert venue was a really nice place and definitely added to the experience.

GBA pleasant ending! I was unable to complete the purchase online. I had chosen PayPal as the pmt method but your vivid app apparently wouldn't let the payment go thru, Even tho it was listed as an option. So, I looked up the contact us number and called. The nicest lady with a really soft voice took me professionally and promptly thru the process. I was much easier than expected, ot that I'd ever experienced before in a similar situation.

GBA Day at theTexas Rangers Game It was an awesome experience! We were celebrating my son's 25th Birthday & all went well. The ticket purchase was easy. I had a few questions about downloading the tckts after I bought them & customer service representative was very helpful!
