Our seats were great, appreciated no additional fees, however I had even better seats in my cart at a better price and plenty of time in the countdown yet got an alert when o went to pay that they were no longer available. It was frustrating that they weren’t held when placed in my cart.

I'm happy to pay for a membership to avoid all the fees. I found Ticket Club while searching for 3 tickets to a game several hours before kickoff. While there were a lot of tickets available, the best deal I could find was $128/ticket + $58 in ticket and order fees. Ticket Club had the same tickets at $118/ticket and no fees. I saved $88 on the order by paying $50 for my first year membership. I'm up $38 by using Ticket Club and will likely use them 2 or 3 more times in my first year. So the Ticket Club membership can pay for itself even if you buy tickets just the one time. I'm so glad I found them and hope they're able to stick around for a long time.

Horrible deceitful scam You completely scammed me and as a veteran I am disgusted and shocked at your behavior. You charged me exorbitant fees on top of the ticket price when your website explicitly states that you do not charge fees and veterans are guaranteed to get the lowest prices. I contacted the winter garden theatre after seeing the actual price of the tickets and they agreed to give me a refund but I only received $45.59 of the 182.0@ I am owed. I still did not get the balance. I will report this to ID.me and the better business bureau as well as 7 on your side tv if I do not get the full refund I am owed. Sincerely, Mrs. Laura McCabe

Tailgate Party Confusion I was really disappointed in the Tailgate directions and ended up missing it. We're from our of town and followed instructions given which looked like it was in the parking lot of Arrowhead. The paper said across the street but when asking locals it was all confusion and we missed it because we parked inside arrowhead and if we left we would have to pay again.The tickets were ok and the g card were easy to use. Had a great time and would go again. This is 4th trip. I just won't buy the tailgate tickets.

Sent Invalid Tickets Warning on this Company - they sent me invalid tickets and then waited until an hour before the event to follow up, when I had already purchased replacements. Won't give me a refund. My fault for using a sketchy unreliable source, but don't make the same mistake I did.
