About Ticket Club

Ticket Club is a membership site for tickets to concert, sports, and theater events. Members save money on tickets to the events they want to see, with low prices and no service fees. It's similar to Amazon Prime, Sam's Club, and Costco - except for tickets. We offer our members tickets without any additional service fees, which are added fees added on (typically at checkout) by almost every company in the industry. These fees constitute most of the profit of many ticketing sites, and can raise the price of tickets from anywhere from 10% to 30% or more. We don’t charge those fees, and the first price members see on our site for a ticket is the exact same price that the ticket will be at the end too. The only other charge (aside from the tickets) is for shipping, which is variable depending on the shipping method chosen. Our ticket prices are all at Club price, but you don’t need to be a member to see those - anyone can buy tickets from our site, members just don’t pay service fees.

Everything went fairly smooth except… Everything went fairly smooth except why still require tickets to be printed? Do most people still own a printer? Most ticket delivery companies use digital only, which I prefer and is more convenient.

Texas Longhorns football tix purchased tix to Texas Longhorns football game. my tix were transferred weeks before event, no problems getting into game and finding my seats. Excellent transaction. will buy from Ticket Club again 🤘🏼🧡🏈

Narrow window to sell tickets for a… Narrow window to sell tickets for a fraction of price and made little effort to ensure tickets are sold in that window. So they get my tickets (and presumably re-sell them) but I pay full price and no concert. Will not be returning.

Stressful wait but upgrade worth it. While it was stressful to not receive our actual tickets for Taylor Swift in Chicago until 24 hours prior to the event, our seats were significantly upgraded from what we purchased. Thanks.

Your system needs to communicate at a… Your system needs to communicate at a much faster rate with other systems to stay updated. You can't sell tickets that you don't have.
