About Ticket Club

Ticket Club is a membership site for tickets to concert, sports, and theater events. Members save money on tickets to the events they want to see, with low prices and no service fees. It's similar to Amazon Prime, Sam's Club, and Costco - except for tickets. We offer our members tickets without any additional service fees, which are added fees added on (typically at checkout) by almost every company in the industry. These fees constitute most of the profit of many ticketing sites, and can raise the price of tickets from anywhere from 10% to 30% or more. We don’t charge those fees, and the first price members see on our site for a ticket is the exact same price that the ticket will be at the end too. The only other charge (aside from the tickets) is for shipping, which is variable depending on the shipping method chosen. Our ticket prices are all at Club price, but you don’t need to be a member to see those - anyone can buy tickets from our site, members just don’t pay service fees.

Horrible deceitful scam You completely scammed me and as a veteran I am disgusted and shocked at your behavior. You charged me exorbitant fees on top of the ticket price when your website explicitly states that you do not charge fees and veterans are guaranteed to get the lowest prices. I contacted the winter garden theatre after seeing the actual price of the tickets and they agreed to give me a refund but I only received $45.59 of the 182.0@ I am owed. I still did not get the balance. I will report this to ID.me and the better business bureau as well as 7 on your side tv if I do not get the full refund I am owed. Sincerely, Mrs. Laura McCabe

Tailgate Party Confusion I was really disappointed in the Tailgate directions and ended up missing it. We're from our of town and followed instructions given which looked like it was in the parking lot of Arrowhead. The paper said across the street but when asking locals it was all confusion and we missed it because we parked inside arrowhead and if we left we would have to pay again.The tickets were ok and the g card were easy to use. Had a great time and would go again. This is 4th trip. I just won't buy the tailgate tickets.

I qualified for the membership as a… I qualified for the membership as a military members and appreciate that. Our seats were great, appreciated no additional fees, however I had even better seats in my cart at a better price and plenty of time in the countdown yet got an alert when o went to pay that they were no longer available. It was frustrating that they weren’t held when placed in my cart.

Beware Obstructed Views I had an order that had zero indication there was an obstructed view on the tickets we purchased and, of course, there was an obstructed view. We could only see less than 1/3 of the stage from our seats, which were the worst seats I've ever had for a show. These tickets were a "Zone Deal" and I will never do that again, not do I recommend it.

Great experience using Ticket Club! This was my first experience with Ticket Club. I purchased MLB tickets. The tickets were on my MLB app within a few minutes of purchase. Went to the game today, opened my app, scanned tickets at gate, and enjoyed the game! They don't charge the inflated fees that Ticket Master and Stub Hub charge!! I will definitely be using them again!
