Horrible deceitful scam You completely scammed me and as a veteran I am disgusted and shocked at your behavior. You charged me exorbitant fees on top of the ticket price when your website explicitly states that you do not charge fees and veterans are guaranteed to get the lowest prices. I contacted the winter garden theatre after seeing the actual price of the tickets and they agreed to give me a refund but I only received $45.59 of the 182.0@ I am owed. Tailgate Party Confusion I was really disappointed in the Tailgate directions and ended up missing it. We're from our of town and followed instructions given which looked like it was in the parking lot of Arrowhead. The paper said across the street but when asking locals it was all confusion and we missed it because we parked inside arrowhead and if we left we would have to pay again.The tickets were ok and the g card were easy to use. Had a great time and would go again. This is 4th trip. I just won't buy the tailgate tickets.

Stressful wait but upgrade worth it. While it was stressful to not receive our actual tickets for Taylor Swift in Chicago until 24 hours prior to the event, our seats were significantly upgraded from what we purchased. Thanks.

Carolina Panthers Tickets I purchased Carolina Panthers (NFL tickets) in June for an October game. I received the link to download the tickets same day and was able to save them to my Apple Wallet. We had zero issues receiving or using the tickets. When coupled with the stellar price we will definitely be purchasing tickets through Ticket Club again.
