GBTailgate Party Confusion I was really disappointed in the Tailgate directions and ended up missing it. We're from our of town and followed instructions given which looked like it was in the parking lot of Arrowhead. The paper said across the street but when asking locals it was all confusion and we missed it because we parked inside arrowhead and if we left we would have to pay again.The tickets were ok and the g card were easy to use. Had a great time and would go again. This is 4th trip. I just won't buy the tailgate tickets.

GBAbsolutely awful Absolutely awful, do not use ticket club, I won’t ever use them again, staff members don’t communicate at all and had to make 5/6 web chats to get through to the right person to sort my tickets! If you don’t claim your tickets within 48 hours you may loose the tickets and your money even if your event is 5 months away! I nearly did as the website was poor and kept coming up with an error sign

GB**Be aware** When your renewal is due When your renewal is due, they might not do the automatic charge claiming there was an issue and then their customer service says they can't do anything for you. So, if you want to buy and avoid fees from them you have to again pay the "first time" charge.

GBTexas Longhorns football tix purchased tix to Texas Longhorns football game. my tix were transferred weeks before event, no problems getting into game and finding my seats. Excellent transaction. will buy from Ticket Club again 🤘🏼🧡🏈

GBSecond time's a charm! When I didn't receive the tickets as expected, I contacted Ticket Club. While the first associate wasn't very helpful, I called back the next day and talked with Michael. He was great! He understood my anxiety and took ownership of the situtation, calling be back later that day when he saw that the tickets had been delivered. He stayed on the phone with me until I was able to view my tickets!
