GBI qualified for the membership as a… I qualified for the membership as a military members and appreciate that. Our seats were great, appreciated no additional fees, however I had even better seats in my cart at a better price and plenty of time in the countdown yet got an alert when o went to pay that they were no longer available. It was frustrating that they weren’t held when placed in my cart.

GBGlad I found Ticket Club Ticket price and taxes only without the hidden or extra fees makes purchasing tickets so much simpler and economical. Glad I found Ticket Club years ago. Also the MLB Ballpark app makes getting through the gate so easy, only wish the Astros would have won.

GBStressful wait but upgrade worth it. While it was stressful to not receive our actual tickets for Taylor Swift in Chicago until 24 hours prior to the event, our seats were significantly upgraded from what we purchased. Thanks.

GBSecond time's a charm! When I didn't receive the tickets as expected, I contacted Ticket Club. While the first associate wasn't very helpful, I called back the next day and talked with Michael. He was great! He understood my anxiety and took ownership of the situtation, calling be back later that day when he saw that the tickets had been delivered. He stayed on the phone with me until I was able to view my tickets!

GBGreat experience using Ticket Club! This was my first experience with Ticket Club. I purchased MLB tickets. The tickets were on my MLB app within a few minutes of purchase. Went to the game today, opened my app, scanned tickets at gate, and enjoyed the game! They don't charge the inflated fees that Ticket Master and Stub Hub charge!! I will definitely be using them again!
