Carolina Panthers Tickets I purchased Carolina Panthers (NFL tickets) in June for an October game. I received the link to download the tickets same day and was able to save them to my Apple Wallet. We had zero issues receiving or using the tickets. When coupled with the stellar price we will definitely be purchasing tickets through Ticket Club again.

Tailgate Party Confusion I was really disappointed in the Tailgate directions and ended up missing it. We're from our of town and followed instructions given which looked like it was in the parking lot of Arrowhead. The paper said across the street but when asking locals it was all confusion and we missed it because we parked inside arrowhead and if we left we would have to pay again.The tickets were ok and the g card were easy to use. Had a great time and would go again. This is 4th trip. I just won't buy the tailgate tickets.

Great tickets to the Astros game The tickets were good and were well priced. The seats were fantastic. This was a good purchase. Many times, however, ticket club’s prices are higher than other sellers’ websites’ prices. Saving in fee’s matters, but it’s the total ticket cost that matters most.

Beware Obstructed Views I had an order that had zero indication there was an obstructed view on the tickets we purchased and, of course, there was an obstructed view. We could only see less than 1/3 of the stage from our seats, which were the worst seats I've ever had for a show. These tickets were a "Zone Deal" and I will never do that again, not do I recommend it.

Second time's a charm! When I didn't receive the tickets as expected, I contacted Ticket Club. While the first associate wasn't very helpful, I called back the next day and talked with Michael. He was great! He understood my anxiety and took ownership of the situtation, calling be back later that day when he saw that the tickets had been delivered. He stayed on the phone with me until I was able to view my tickets!
