GBAbsolutely awful Absolutely awful, do not use ticket club, I won’t ever use them again, staff members don’t communicate at all and had to make 5/6 web chats to get through to the right person to sort my tickets! If you don’t claim your tickets within 48 hours you may loose the tickets and your money even if your event is 5 months away! I nearly did as the website was poor and kept coming up with an error sign

GBGlad I found Ticket Club Ticket price and taxes only without the hidden or extra fees makes purchasing tickets so much simpler and economical. Glad I found Ticket Club years ago. Also the MLB Ballpark app makes getting through the gate so easy, only wish the Astros would have won.

GBTicket Club Membership Can Pay for Itself After Just One Order Ticket Club provides the solution for buyers to avoid the outrageous fees ticket resellers charge. I'm happy to pay for a membership to avoid all the fees. I found Ticket Club while searching for 3 tickets to a game several hours before kickoff. While there were a lot of tickets available, the best deal I could find was $128/ticket + $58 in ticket and order fees. Ticket Club had the same tickets at $118/ticket and no fees. I saved $88 on the order by paying $50 for my first year membership. I'm up $38 by using Ticket Club and will likely use them 2 or 3 more times in my first year. So the Ticket Club membership can pay for itself even if you buy tickets just the one time. I'm so glad I found them and hope they're able to stick around for a long time.

GBEverything went fairly smooth except… Everything went fairly smooth except why still require tickets to be printed? Do most people still own a printer? Most ticket delivery companies use digital only, which I prefer and is more convenient.

GBGreat tickets to the Astros game The tickets were good and were well priced. The seats were fantastic. This was a good purchase. Many times, however, ticket club’s prices are higher than other sellers’ websites’ prices. Saving in fee’s matters, but it’s the total ticket cost that matters most.
