Scam company, do not give them your money There is only 3.5 hours window each day to call the customer service number and the automated response says they are closed during that time. Emailing them will not resolve the problem. This company is a scam, do not purchase from them. WonderBox CANNOT be redeemed anywhere.

Very responsive customer service Customer service isn't the best however I did place an order on X mas Eve so I do take into consideration for the Heavy traffic of communications on the this day but There were some issues with obtaining one of the certificates that I purchased which turned out to be for an out of the state ( Texas) function from December 24 **update** 1.18.17 The Issue was Resolved and David was able to provide me with a refund for this individual service.

Excellent experience with Go Dream Excellent experience with Go Dream! I received it as a corporate gift, it was really easy to book an activity and it was awesome to drive a sports car in the NYC area. Will most likely buy something like that for my dad for his birthday or someting.

The voucher is useless when printed… The voucher is useless when printed since the voucher number doesn't print in black & white, and the voucher doesn't print in color. If I want to give this as a gift, as intended, I would have to send it as an email, which is not what I want to do. I have tried calling Wonderbox during their very limited office hours, only to be referred back to email. I have emailed them 3 times, but have not received any assistance, only an automatic acknowledgement of my email. This was a waste of $109! Next stop...my credit card company to try to get my money back!
