Very responsive customer service Customer service isn't the best however I did place an order on X mas Eve so I do take into consideration for the Heavy traffic of communications on the this day but There were some issues with obtaining one of the certificates that I purchased which turned out to be for an out of the state ( Texas) function from December 24 **update** 1.18.17 The Issue was Resolved and David was able to provide me with a refund for this individual service.

excellent customer service I received two gifts right before covid hit-one for dinner and one for 2 tix to a broadway show-you gave me credit and although it didn't cover the cost of both tickets, it helped...the dinner voucher was given as well-thank you

Thankful for Judi! I was skeptical with Wonderbox at first since it seemed as though I was jumping through various hoops and never quite landing on what I needed. However, I was able to contact customer service and work with Judi who was excellent. He was able to not only activate my lost gift card, but also send me the voucher for the restaurant I needed for the same night! So thankful for his help!

I’d give zero stars if I could I’d give zero stars if I could. Received a gift box to AMC for Christmas from a friend. My experience was impossible to register because my code was 9 digits and the website only takes 7 or 12 digits. Reached out to customer service with zero reply. A month later, I tried again and this time their website had been updated to tell you to add 000 if your number wasn’t long enough. I get through the registration process and then I’m told my experience has already been completed?!?!? There’s no way to redeem my AMC tickets. WTAF is this POS service? You consider yourself a gifting service?? I would never subject any of my friends to this bulls^%# and I’ve told my friend who gifted it to me that they should never use this service again. Utter trash.
