Great company to work with! I love working with VIP concierge! I just got a free upgrade that I'm sooo excited about. I've used this company a few times now. They are always available to answer questions over phone, text or email. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. :)

VIP CONCIERGE is without a doubt a… VIP CONCIERGE is without a doubt a company you can trust. The event I went to took place in NYC, I flew from Asia to there just to attend that event. You can tell how much I trust this company by this (If I didn’t trust this company I would not buy my flight tickets and book my hotel to attend that event). I will surely deal with Craig and Stacy from VIP CONCIERGE again and again! They have good communications with customers and they are reliable.

VIP Concierge My family and I have had many wonderful years of memories made directly by/ through the use of VIP Concierge. This business is really an amazing tool to be able to see a lot of what Hollywood and other venues have to offer. Craig and his staff have always shown us kind, prompt, professional and knowledgable service. We look forward to many years of amazing family memories made with the assistance of this wonderful company. If the need/want should arise, we highly recommend VIP Concierge!

I ask them about a $5K service I ask them about a $5K service. And they reply me in an insulting email. I attached email from their rude reply! Update: the owner, he is stalking me, at first he offer $250 to take down this negative review, I ignore, and then he increase to $500, I ignore still, he then threaten to use lawyer to sue me? I'm like? are you ok?

VIP concierge is a great legit service Craig was very fast to respond and very informative about the event. I was very nervous that I was going to get scammed again like I have been many times in the past but this is the first ticket service that is actually legit. We had a great time everything went smooth. I got the ticket transfer 2 days before and I will be using this service again. Great seats too!
