MTV awards show Craig and team were amazing and extremely professional. Securing my physical ticket day of the event was a breeze and all emails leading up to the event were thorough, concise and kept me well informed. My seats for the VMA’s were better than described on the site and the over all experience was top tier. I was definitely high level cynical at first, but I’m glad I went with VIP-C and will certainly rock with them again in the very near future. ***Also, I noticed tickets do increase in price the closer the event gets, so act quick and be sure to sign up for their news letters so that you can be informed prior to price jump.

CMA Nashville 2023. Awesome What is the most important item in a VIP experience? To not be “let down”. Craig did everything he said he would do and he followed up on every text and email and question. We did the CMA in Nashville. We had great seats as promised. We had a great crowd to sit with. We went to a private VIP after party. It was 100% all the way. When I pay thousands of dollars I need to trust the outcome. Craig and VIP have earned it.

You can tell how much I trust this company by this (If I didn’t trust this company I would not buy my flight tickets and book my hotel to attend that event). I will surely deal with Craig and Stacy from VIP CONCIERGE again and again! They have good communications with customers and they are reliable.

Phenomenal Experience with VIP Concierge! This year I attended the ESPY awards and the after party. I appreciated the superior service from VIP Concierge.
