VIP concierge is a great legit service Craig was very fast to respond and very informative about the event. I was very nervous that I was going to get scammed again like I have been many times in the past but this is the first ticket service that is actually legit. We had a great time everything went smooth. I got the ticket transfer 2 days before and I will be using this service again. Great seats too!

She got me tickets to Hefs Mid Summers Dream Party and she made it so effortless she is very easy to work with. You can tell how much I trust this company by this (If I didn’t trust this company I would not buy my flight tickets and book my hotel to attend that event). MTV VMA'S 2021 Was flying from Minnesota to NYC for the MTV VMA's and didn't have a ticket in hand before flying out. So I'll admit I was a little skeptical but in the end everything worked out. I always got a fast answer when I called or texted and my ticket was hand delivered to my hotel before my flight even landed. Had a great time at my 1st MTV VMA's. Craig was awesome to work with! :)
