GBWe decided to go to the Rugby World Cup… We decided to go to the Rugby World Cup Final 5 days before the game. I was so nervous as there are so many ticket scams out there. I did my research and felt semi ok buying them from eticketing.co. 2 days later I got the tickets which was a relief but I still wasn't sure they were legit. I was nervous right up to the time we scanned them at the gate but was relieved when they worked! Sure, the tickets are more than the face value and the handling fee is hefty, but that's the price you pay for trying to buy tickets last minute. I will definitely be using eticketing again in the future.

GBVery professional service Very professional service. Bought tickets to the rugby world cup final a week before the game. Naturally was anxious about arrival in time and had to make travel requirements. I contacted the company the day after buying the tickets and within a few hour's they had come back to me reassuring tickets would arrive in time. They then had the decency to call me on the day they were arriving by email and said to call or message if they didn't arrive that day or any issues. Tickets worked fine at the stadium printed off and got to fulfil a lifetime experience. Would highly recommend.

The Chat Bot was informative and the email and text service informing me my tickets were on their way helped - text was useful to let me know to watch out for the tickets falling into the spam box, which they did not.
