Awful experience with this company Awful experience with this company. Coming from the United States and purchased these tickets many months in advanced. I purchased the highest tier possible and the tickets that were delivered had obstructed views. It was clear this ticket broker forgot or possibly doesn’t have the connections to secure great seats in France. Also appeared as though he forgot as I had to inquire several times if my tickets would be delivered. I have been to the greatest sporting venues in the world and have never experienced worse service or value for the money.

Incredible experience! It was truly an amazing experience. We purchased tickets within 24 hours of the event. Great communication and the seats we received were front row. I will certainly be using eticketing again!

Definitely use this company again, 10/10 service! Could not fault this company for their service. Our tickets were delivered in plenty of time for the match. Customer service was also fantastic, questions answered within minutes. Will definitely be using again in the future!

Great ticket but customer experience can be improved The ticket I ended up getting was fantastic. Great seat in the middle of the pitch only a few metres from the touch line. The entire experience was a bit stressful as I was travelling to France and had to buy a flight and booked an hotel without having a ticket. I only received the ticket 24 hours before the game which added to the stress level. To improve customer experience it would be great if the ticket was delivered on purchase rather then a day before the game.

Rugby World Cup 2023 I booked my rugby world cup quarterfinal tickets on eTicketing.co and I received my E-Tickets in email four days before the game.
