I used the software for a camp during Covid for students and while the platform was not built for this, their team made it work and made it work WELL. We ended up developing our own system because Cvent just didn’t work, yet their legal team kept pushing for full payment - tens of thousands for a product that we never used because it just didn’t work!

As a travel management company we use Cvent to book flights with the air request widget and flow all the PNR back into to Cvent using PNR Matching. Cvent continues to make my job easier when it comes to matching actual actual air with attendee records.
