GBI use Cvent on a daily basis for multiple clients I use Cvent on a daily basis for multiple clients. What I like best is that I can configure each site to what my clients specific needs are, branding guidelines, and attendee diversity. Every event we do is unique, we have events that are a basic RSVP, to complex builds that need a great deal more of attention. I can customize our sites easily with stored themes & images, and the access to the travel widgets and pre-set contact information make my job much easier too.

GBCvent has a solution for everything Cvent has a solution for every part of the event, from set up and registration through to reports about who has just left the event. I use it every step of the way and on a daily basis, and I'm confident in my use of it. Because it is all set up to work together, new features are intuitive, and everything works together very smoothly. Cvent's support team is also very helpful, and as a customer I always feel listened to by cvent.

GBEasy to use, but video streaming needs work Overall, the Attendee Hub and Cvent platform have been a huge upgrade from our previous virtual conference platform provider. The hub is easy to build out and customize and very easy for attendees to navigate. Our main complaint has been with the consistency of video streaming. We haven't really been able to reliably use the built in video streaming software on the platform and have mostly been redirecting attendees to watch in a Zoom Room. This takes a lot away from using the hub since attendees aren't actively watching sessions from the hub but rather from within Zoom. Otherwise, customer service/support have been great and the attendee hub has so much potential.
