Cvent is a great tool that I have been… Cvent is a great tool that I have been using for several years for attendee registration. It has made my life much easier by being able to collect data from attendees. It has saved me time and definitely helps to minimize errors and confusion.

What I like best is that I can configure each site to what my clients specific needs are, branding guidelines, and attendee diversity. Every event we do is unique, we have events that are a basic RSVP, to complex builds that need a great deal more of attention. I can customize our sites easily with stored themes & images, and the access to the travel widgets and pre-set contact information make my job much easier too.

Awful Awful, awful, company. Ethically this is one of the worst companies to do business with. Look around at other hybrid solutions as they are bloated as a company, unethical management, and lacking in attention to detail on technology. Short of the full store, please don't do business with this company. They took us for $30k and were uncompromising with their legal team. Don't sign their contract. Buyer beware.

Hideous Company - Buyer BEWARE!!! Hideous company, zero customer service, zero ethics and atrocious product. We ended up developing our own system because Cvent just didn’t work, yet their legal team kept pushing for full payment - tens of thousands for a product that we never used because it just didn’t work!

They offer seamless event management… They offer seamless event management from beginning to end. We hosted our first event with them August 2022 and we are so glad we switched to using them. It is so nice to have one software that manages everything from registration, website, survey, event app, exhibitors, speakers, etc. I saves us so much time.
