Hideous Company - Buyer BEWARE!!! Hideous company, zero customer service, zero ethics and atrocious product. We ended up developing our own system because Cvent just didn’t work, yet their legal team kept pushing for full payment - tens of thousands for a product that we never used because it just didn’t work!

Using Cvent since 2013 - love it! We have been using Cvent since 2013! It's been a great product and tool for us for Event Management. The support staff are excellent and it is so easy now to build out an event. We even integrate Cvent over to Salesforce - pulling over registration questions and data to use for Tableau reporting. Cvent continues to improve their product and make it better on an on-going basis.

Great Customer Success It was great to recently hear from our customer success manager how great our our use of the platform is and hear them explain back to us what we have done that could be a good example to others. It's easy to just continue to do events and not really think about what you are doing that is different and new. It's great to know they notice and see what they are doing with the platform, and to then take the time out to let us know we are doing a great job. It's more than just an events platform.

Cvent has a solution for everything Cvent has a solution for every part of the event, from set up and registration through to reports about who has just left the event. I use it every step of the way and on a daily basis, and I'm confident in my use of it. Because it is all set up to work together, new features are intuitive, and everything works together very smoothly.
