I use it every step of the way and on a daily basis, and I'm confident in my use of it. Because it is all set up to work together, new features are intuitive, and everything works together very smoothly. Cvent's support team is also very helpful, and as a customer I always feel listened to by cvent.

It is so nice to have one software that manages everything from registration, website, survey, event app, exhibitors, speakers, etc. I saves us so much time.

Awful Awful, awful, company. Ethically this is one of the worst companies to do business with. Look around at other hybrid solutions as they are bloated as a company, unethical management, and lacking in attention to detail on technology. Short of the full store, please don't do business with this company. They took us for $30k and were uncompromising with their legal team. Don't sign their contract. Buyer beware.
