We ended up developing our own system because Cvent just didn’t work, yet their legal team kept pushing for full payment - tens of thousands for a product that we never used because it just didn’t work!

How to Make event planning simple...one… Cvent is the absolute best for a one-stop shop. I've used them for 4-5 events. I used the software for a camp during Covid for students and while the platform was not built for this, their team made it work and made it work WELL. I was highly impressed with the ease of use, and professionalism of the customer service team, and most of all the websites are easy to create and look very professional.
