Hideous Company - Buyer BEWARE!!! Hideous company, zero customer service, zero ethics and atrocious product. We ended up developing our own system because Cvent just didn’t work, yet their legal team kept pushing for full payment - tens of thousands for a product that we never used because it just didn’t work!

I use it every step of the way and on a daily basis, and I'm confident in my use of it. Because it is all set up to work together, new features are intuitive, and everything works together very smoothly.
