Thank you all for clear communication in emails leading up to the event and the 5 minutes with the Clauses has brought hours of joy to our family. Thank you so much for creating this wonderful setup! I even appreciate the super prompt response. I sent an email to the organizers and received a response within the hour.

This was the best Santa visit ever This was the best Santa visit ever! My older kids were always terrified of visiting Santa in the mall but this was the perfect interaction for my toddlers! Once they warmed up they didn't want to stop talking. The Clauses were patient in dealing with 3 toddlers trying to talk all at once. Worth every penny! Thank you so much for making Christmas special for my little ones! Will be booking for next year too!

This was amazing This was amazing. The process was simple! Santa and Mrs. Claus were delightful and focused on the children. My grandchildren felt right at home with them and both Santa and Mrs. Claus talked about things that were specific to each child, like their friends and interests, as well as interesting facts that might come up in conversation at our supper table. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

We were blown away by the attention to detail. We were blown away by the attention to detail on our Santa call! He used every single piece of information I gave them and it was so special. My 6 year old's mouth almost hit the floor when Santa knew exactly what he and his brother wanted for Christmas and asked where our mischievous dog was at. It was so magical and special to watch. It was so much better than seeing Santa in person and didn't cost much more when you factor drive time, stress of lines and crowds, and the crazy amount they charge for photos. It's definitely a year we will never forget. The highlight to our holidays at home. The only thing that I noticed was the virtual background. It glitched a few times as they do, but it definitely wasn't a big deal and the boys probably didn't even notice it.

2020 HAS BEEN TERRIBLE! This was.. FANTASTIC!!! Our children were very sad this year, that they couldn’t attend the Christmas light ceremonies, or visit Santa’s grotto. This surprise made up for it 100%! Santa and Mrs Claus were so great with our two and really had the time to share a conversation with them. Our son has special needs and they were very good with him and understood when he disappeared mid call. He was still there but wanted to be off camera. Our family cannot thank you enough for shining your Christmas spirit into an otherwise bleak year.
