This exceeded our expectations! This exceeded our expectations!! The kids were blown away when Santa knew all about them! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to bring a little Christmas magic into their kids lives.

Would have given it five stars if it had gone smoothly the first time We had a rough start, but after our initial hiccup the customer service was fantastic and they helped remedy the situation. Once our children were on the call with Santa and Mrs. Clause it was fantastic. My son was in awe with the facts Santa knew about him and they had a great chat. Felt so much more personal than going to a mall and taking pictures.

A magical unforgettable moment turned into tradition This was such a magical experience my kids got to experience. Mr and Mrs Clause were amazing to say the least! Even with technical difficulties on our part they made our experience one to remember and I can’t thank them enough. This will definitely be a yearly tradition we continue as a family and I can’t recommend them enough! They way they personalize the conversation and setting tailored to your kids is something I know my children will never forget. Way better then just seeing Santa at a mall for a 30 second picture. Thank you Mr and Mrs Clause and your whole elf team that helped make these magical moments possible.

What a great experience! What a great first experience meeting Santa and Mrs Claus for out 2 year-old grandson. He warmed up immediately when they brought up many of his favorite things. They went with the flow and were wonderful. Fantastic!

How wonderful!! How wonderful was our visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus. They are warm and friendly and the personal touches made our daughter light up and feel special, she is over the moon.
