This was the best Santa visit ever This was the best Santa visit ever! My older kids were always terrified of visiting Santa in the mall but this was the perfect interaction for my toddlers! Once they warmed up they didn't want to stop talking. The Clauses were patient in dealing with 3 toddlers trying to talk all at once. Worth every penny! Thank you so much for making Christmas special for my little ones! Will be booking for next year too!

Would have given it five stars if it had gone smoothly the first time We had a rough start, but after our initial hiccup the customer service was fantastic and they helped remedy the situation. Once our children were on the call with Santa and Mrs. Clause it was fantastic. My son was in awe with the facts Santa knew about him and they had a great chat. Felt so much more personal than going to a mall and taking pictures.

What a great experience! What a great first experience meeting Santa and Mrs Claus for out 2 year-old grandson. He warmed up immediately when they brought up many of his favorite things. They went with the flow and were wonderful. Fantastic!

Reindeer stories for the win! Our two kids were chatting in no time. Santa and Mrs Claus were great. Lots of good reindeer stories and got the kids to sing a Christmas Carol. Fun experience from looking forward to it, to the actual meeting, to the stories afterwards.

Absolutely wonderful experience for a 3… Absolutely wonderful experience for a 3 year old. Santa had some great standard questions for her but what I found amazing was his ability to understand her (not always the easiest) and incorporating what she said into his convo. For instance, she mentioned she has a tent in her room and he said, oh that's interesting we sleep in tents up here in the north pole. It blew her mind. Little things like that were really magical.
