Top notch packaging LOVE the dry ice instead of the unknown gel substance I've gotten with other cold deliveries to keep everything cold. Also, LOVE that everything, except the dry ice bag, is recyclable!!! This is huge on my list of trying to be more eco-friendly!!! Thank you!!! The box was contained and taped nicely. No leakage, no crunched box.

I had a ton of questions that she patiently answered and even when I was unable to purchase at that time, she remained very kind, offered me suggestions, was not pushy and just an overall sweat person. It's rare to find good Customer service these days so it was refreshing talking to a compassionate customer service representative for once. Thank you Ollie for Leslie!
