So far, so good So good, so far! I wrote a review on Farmer’s Dog and good news - my large 1.5 year old Sheepadoodle is eating again! She loves all the food options and is back to normal - her bowel movements are more solid than ever. It’s great being able to order probiotic treats and the accessories they send are so nice. Happy customers here!

Packaging Dept. Needs improvement My dog loved the food. However packaging department needs some severe improvement. First shipment the food came thawed and no dry ice included and no food scopper included. I called and got a replacement and the second shipment came with the food thawed out again and still no food scooper and with only one melted dry ice package. Finally I called and specifically asked for extra dry ice and for the scooper again and that shipment came perfect and frozen. I personally think this could have all been avoided if the packaging dept. put more care into packaging this food. There was alot of wasted money, time and food as I couldn't use the 1st nor the 2nd shipment of food and had to dispose of it. I hope my other shipment comes frozen and with extra ice as requested, otherwise I will cancel this subscription and go somewhere else.

Dolly loves Ollie Dolly loves Ollie! She was a picky eater & we were constantly trying to tweak her dinners to get her to eat. No longer- she licks it clean. Her coat is silky & beautiful and her build/body score is excellent. Dolly is a 2 yr old field bred English Cocker

My experience is with Customer Service My experience is with Customer Service. I chatted with a customer service agent named Leslie. I had a ton of questions that she patiently answered and even when I was unable to purchase at that time, she remained very kind, offered me suggestions, was not pushy and just an overall sweat person. It's rare to find good Customer service these days so it was refreshing talking to a compassionate customer service representative for once. Thank you Ollie for Leslie!

Finally, food that our Yorkie Maka loves. Maka is doing very well on Ollie's food. After recent negative experiences with other fresh food companies and trips to the vet, we our happy that our "baby" is finally full of energy and feeling well. She has no problem digesting the food and she like it! I love the the small packages it comes in and the choices that are offered by Ollie. The service, the app, and customer service are a refreshing experience, too. 👍🏻
