Prices are reasonable Great experience with Casatickets . Bought tickets in Sec 514 row 9 for Jimmy Buffett at Wrigley Field fr. Prices were reasonable, but I was more impressed with their service....The agent i had on the phone was AWESOME. He really knew the venue well, i didn't really know where the good seats were for concerts and he filled me in...One i think i didnt like is their website,they really need to work on it … otherwise great service.

So helpful …I had a good experience with Casatickets.com … I had my tickets destroyed accidently. My bad, wait my Wife's BAD, she accidently threw the tickets out! Luckily i took a photo of the ticket before. I contacted Casatickets’s customer service but no one answered me …within some minutes, I received a call from Casatickets , the man who was on the line has helped me out and the were able to reproduce the tickets online. I was hesitant at first...but now I'm happy I was hesitant to use Casatickets because i twas my first time buying from internet, but I had a good experience using them. I ordered to a sold-out baseball game on the day of the event for less than the face value of the tickets, even after Casatickets had added their fees. A couple of hours later, I got a call from them saying that they were having a problem getting my tickets delivered to the will-call window, so instead they were going to give me better seats at no additional charge. When I got to the will-call window, I mentioned Casatickets, and several ticket agents remarked on how reliable they are, and my upgraded seats turned out to be in the front row. Very happy.

OK experience, tickets delivered and worked fine I was very worried that this was going to be a scam, but everything worked out. Ordered tickets to a baseball game from Casatickets.com cause they were a good deal.. However we experienced NO PROBLEMS. Quick confirmation emails, invoice with accurate shipping tracking info., timely arrival, as promised tickets at promised price. Very happy

So I have nothing but praise for Casatickets Last weekend I ordered some tickets late in the afternoon via your website. When I got the confirmation, I was horrified to see that I had made a fundamental error. A really silly one which was totally my own fault. I tried to phone customer services, but they close early a Sunday. This morning I rang as soon as the lines opened and explained what I had done. I said I knew their conditions clearly stipulate no refunds or exchanges, but wondered if anything could be done. Just over an hour later I received a phone call, and the really nice young man said he had managed to sort it all out for me. I couldn't have been more pleased. What a star he is. So I have nothing but praise for Casatickets
