MASo I have nothing but praise for Casatickets Last weekend I ordered some tickets late in the afternoon via your website. When I got the confirmation, I was horrified to see that I had made a fundamental error. A really silly one which was totally my own fault. I tried to phone customer services, but they close early a Sunday. This morning I rang as soon as the lines opened and explained what I had done. I said I knew their conditions clearly stipulate no refunds or exchanges, but wondered if anything could be done. Just over an hour later I received a phone call, and the really nice young man said he had managed to sort it all out for me. I couldn't have been more pleased. What a star he is. So I have nothing but praise for Casatickets

MACasatickets- Good Choice I bought tickets for a show in Washington D.C and received them, in 3 days, just as was promised. The seats were excellent! 9th row on the floor-dead center. I knew before ordering that the price would be more than was listed on the ticket because it's a ticket broker and I had no problem with that. I could not have gotten such awesome seats otherwise. By the time I decided I wanted to make the trip to go-there were no good tickets to be had elsewhere. I'm so glad I found this site. No problems at all .

MAthe man has helped me out Just received the tickets I bought for Wicked The musical. The prices were great! So helpful …I had a good experience with Casatickets.com … I had my tickets destroyed accidently. My bad, wait my Wife's BAD, she accidently threw the tickets out! Luckily i took a photo of the ticket before. I contacted Casatickets’s customer service but no one answered me …within some minutes, I received a call from Casatickets , the man who was on the line has helped me out and the were able to reproduce the tickets online. Many thanks! I will use you next time.
