It's the best present I've ever bought myself! The videos were informing and fun. I was able to get myself up on the first try because I read the packet and watch the videos to brief myself on the safety concerns & proper motions! Nice product Nice product. Great service. Builds confidence in inversions. Actually, inversions and much more. The removable cushion insert is nice as it makes a nice foot stool when not in use.
