And support is CRAP and nonexistent. NEVER EVER AGAIN

On a new install On a new install, I was unable to engage the "Blocks Editor" feature. I searched and searched for a way to do it. I finally opened a ticket and Rob pointed me to the exact location where I needed to be to make the change. Everything happened within the space of 30 minutes. His directions were spot-on!

Reliable support and long standing Events system I love working on this product and always have used on lots of my personal projects.

Helpful and solution-ful Concise description of a solution I needed. Easy to understand and even adjusted as I requested tweaks.

A little bit of a learning curve on my part, but overall good help! I appreciated Erica and the fact that there is customer service. She solved my problem and was pleasant to deal with. What isn't so helpful is that there is no easy way to scroll through events to see both categories and the organizer without opening each individual event. If the organizer could be added to the quick edit screen, that would be awesome.
