ESTaking care of your body and mind Taking care of your body and mind I’m a runner and triathlete, I have always have flexibility problems, hard as a stick. Since I have started both courses: *21 days hips opening challenge with Camilo *Full body flexibility with Lucas I’m feeling much better. I have even improve my running technique. I can see how I’m improving every practice and how my flexibility is greater. As I have done one course with Camilo on line, he’s great, he explains anything you need and offers you a full range of possibilities when you can’t reach the correct posture, he is always smiling, great motivator, he knows what he’s talking about regarding muscles and bones involved in each posture and very helpful. I have done an off line course with Lucas and he explains everything very clear. As I have sleeping problems I started the 21 day breathing challenge with Lucas and I sleep in less than 10’ with wisky breathing (day 2 of the challenge), it also has other kind of breathing you can use for different situations (day 1 for running). I do totally recommend these gravity yoga courses for everyone, it doesn’t matter your age, your flexibility and you din’t need to have any yoga experience. You pay for an investment in your body and mind. Believe me when I say it is very worth.

ESVery good teacher Very good teacher, a LOT of content in a few days. The method is fantastic to learn. I like sharing and practise with other people.
