GBI had a very bad experience buying… I had a very bad experience buying tickets from the official ticket center, I do not recommend buying from them. I purchased my E-tickets online for the Aquatica water park from the official ticket center and I got a confirmation email which stated that I would be getting a second email with my E-tickets. Anyway, long story short the day that my family and I had chosen to go to the park came and I still didn’t get any emails with my E-tickets so I decided to call their office as soon as they opened and I was told that I had to go in person to pick up my tickets. I get to their local office and the employees asked me for the confirmation number, I give it to them and they seemed confused and were very rude and unprofessional they told me they couldn’t locate my tickets after they had just told me over the phone that they had checked on their system and that they had them. Anyway, I was sent back and forth to different locations and no one knew why I hadn’t gotten the second email or where I could pick up my tickets. I ended up having to call their customer service and after a long wait on the phone, I was finally able to get a refund. It is not worth the discount, it was very frustrating and time consuming. After that experience I went to the official Aquatica’s website and I got the tickets right there and then no need for all this trouble.

GBMediocre service Mediocre service, even worse identity verification. 0/10 will NEVER use again. They replied also btw. Funny how I can pass a security clearance for the US GOVT. but not to purchase tickets.

GBExcellent experience - Authentic and easy to use Excellent experience. Purchased multi day passes to Disney World. Will call number was emailed within 24 hours. Easily entered in My Disney Experience and linked to my family members for use. If you don’t have Magic Bands, you will need to stop by their offices to pick up the RFID passes but we have the bands so we’re good to go (well, if WDW reopens...).

GBRebbeca was truly a god save Rebbeca was truly a god save. She uncovered that my email address was also someone else's. She immediately contacted me. Instead of just emailing my $1800.00+ worth of tickets and exposing them from getting into someone else's hands she came up with an alternate and much safer way to get my tickets to me. (USPS) with a signature required to my home. Your awesome Becca.
