Frustration with lack of customer service Chat not able to answer my question so I was told to call. Operator when I called gave questionable info. I ordered anyway after checking info elsewhere. Order acknowledgement email said I'd get order status email in 24 hours. Did not happen. Called on a Saturday and message says they are open saturdays but message also says please call during our open hours. Frustrating.

Satisified Fair price compared to other online vendors. I would like to see something for military veterans....there are tickets for current military, etc. but not veterans, at least nothing that I have found. Only other thing I would like to see from this site is an instant email ticket delivery like a couple of other online sites do.

Online ticket purchase When I got to Disney they could see that I purchased tickets but they could not redeem them. They asked me if I had some card to give them, which I did not??? (This was all done online) Eventually Disney cancelled my orginal purchase and issued me new ones so I could get in. Lost about 40 minutes waiting.

Instead of just emailing my $1800.00+ worth of tickets and exposing them from getting into someone else's hands she came up with an alternate and much safer way to get my tickets to me. Never received tickets and when I… Never received tickets and when I called in two days later they still said it was processing but then next day cancelled. As soon as they new they couldn’t get them should of refunded my money or cancelled transaction
