GBNever received tickets and when I… Never received tickets and when I called in two days later they still said it was processing but then next day cancelled. As soon as they new they couldn’t get them should of refunded my money or cancelled transaction

GBOnline ticket purchase When I got to Disney they could see that I purchased tickets but they could not redeem them. They asked me if I had some card to give them, which I did not??? (This was all done online) Eventually Disney cancelled my orginal purchase and issued me new ones so I could get in. Lost about 40 minutes waiting.

GBhappy customer! I got my Disney e tickets within 12 business hours as promised! Excellent price—cheapest I found anywhere. Most sites just went up with the new price hike and The Official Ticket Center was still cheaper than all the others even before the price increase! Thank you for great service.

GBAll I want is the refund. I Certainly understand the seriousness of this virus. I ordered my ticket being a Florida resident and expected to get my ticket. No I have to go to some ticket center. I am a senior who was going to join my family who was flying in for the Disney cruise and I was going to join them for a day at the park. Well the cruise got canceled and the did not fly in to go to the park. With everything snowballing I cannot get thru the line to cancel my ticket. I held for three hours and then a message came on they were closed for the day. I do hope you will refund my ticket. I know you are doing the best you can under these difficult circumstances.
