happy customer! I got my Disney e tickets within 12 business hours as promised! Excellent price—cheapest I found anywhere. Most sites just went up with the new price hike and The Official Ticket Center was still cheaper than all the others even before the price increase! Thank you for great service.

All I want is the refund. I Certainly understand the seriousness of this virus. I ordered my ticket being a Florida resident and expected to get my ticket. No I have to go to some ticket center. I am a senior who was going to join my family who was flying in for the Disney cruise and I was going to join them for a day at the park. Well the cruise got canceled and the did not fly in to go to the park. With everything snowballing I cannot get thru the line to cancel my ticket. I held for three hours and then a message came on they were closed for the day. I do hope you will refund my ticket. I know you are doing the best you can under these difficult circumstances.

Was at magic kingdom this past weekend… Was at magic kingdom this past weekend the ticket person said he activated my tickets cause we bout them online when we get to the park with our whole birthday party me and my boyfriend was denied access to the park cause they was not active. The lady at the entrance to get in was very rude to us told us to get off the line go back to guest service...with another 45 minutes in line our party already went in the park we got lost hr and a half later we finally met up with our party...the worst experience ever. On top of it all some of ur rides was not working terrible just reallly terrible.

Never received tickets and when I… Never received tickets and when I called in two days later they still said it was processing but then next day cancelled. As soon as they new they couldn’t get them should of refunded my money or cancelled transaction

Will Snail Mail an Eticket! I bought a non refundable eticket, because everywhere on their website they indicate it will be emailed within a day or two. After I purchased the ticket, I was informed that I would have to either pick up the ticket (I live in a different state) or have it snail mailed to me. This was not indicated anywhere on the website before I purchased the ticket. If I had known this, i would have simply bought it directly from Disney at the higher price. Now I have to wait up to a week and a half for a ticket that I should have recieved almost immediately. Will not be purchasing from here again.
