Instead of just emailing my $1800.00+ worth of tickets and exposing them from getting into someone else's hands she came up with an alternate and much safer way to get my tickets to me. Online ticket purchase When I got to Disney they could see that I purchased tickets but they could not redeem them. They asked me if I had some card to give them, which I did not??? (This was all done online) Eventually Disney cancelled my orginal purchase and issued me new ones so I could get in. Lost about 40 minutes waiting.

Will Snail Mail an Eticket! I bought a non refundable eticket, because everywhere on their website they indicate it will be emailed within a day or two. After I purchased the ticket, I was informed that I would have to either pick up the ticket (I live in a different state) or have it snail mailed to me. This was not indicated anywhere on the website before I purchased the ticket. If I had known this, i would have simply bought it directly from Disney at the higher price. Now I have to wait up to a week and a half for a ticket that I should have recieved almost immediately. Will not be purchasing from here again.

Excellent company Excellent company, bought Universal, JFK Space Centre and Disney tickets from them. Printed Universal at home, picked up the rest from their shop in Orlando. Very quick and efficient. Would definitely use again as cheaper than buying from parks directly.
