GBI have not received my confirmation… I have not received my confirmation email nor my e-tickets and i ordered about five days ago. I have tried contacting the official ticket center and have had no luck. Just want to know whats going on w my tickets.

GBRebbeca was truly a god save Rebbeca was truly a god save. She uncovered that my email address was also someone else's. She immediately contacted me. Instead of just emailing my $1800.00+ worth of tickets and exposing them from getting into someone else's hands she came up with an alternate and much safer way to get my tickets to me. (USPS) with a signature required to my home. Your awesome Becca.

GBFull refund received! I purchased UO tickets but had to cancel my Orlando trip bc of this pandemic. Although the wait was long, they made sure I got my refund. OTC sent my full refund back to my credit card. Thank you so much for adjusting your refund policy during this uncertain time. I’ll be back to purchase once this situation calms.

GBMediocre service Mediocre service, even worse identity verification. 0/10 will NEVER use again. They replied also btw. Funny how I can pass a security clearance for the US GOVT. but not to purchase tickets.

GBOnline ticket purchase When I got to Disney they could see that I purchased tickets but they could not redeem them. They asked me if I had some card to give them, which I did not??? (This was all done online) Eventually Disney cancelled my orginal purchase and issued me new ones so I could get in. Lost about 40 minutes waiting.
