Full refund received! I purchased UO tickets but had to cancel my Orlando trip bc of this pandemic. Although the wait was long, they made sure I got my refund. OTC sent my full refund back to my credit card. Thank you so much for adjusting your refund policy during this uncertain time. I’ll be back to purchase once this situation calms.

Excellent company Excellent company, bought Universal, JFK Space Centre and Disney tickets from them. Printed Universal at home, picked up the rest from their shop in Orlando. Very quick and efficient. Would definitely use again as cheaper than buying from parks directly.

Never received tickets and when I… Never received tickets and when I called in two days later they still said it was processing but then next day cancelled. As soon as they new they couldn’t get them should of refunded my money or cancelled transaction

Rebbeca was truly a god save Rebbeca was truly a god save. She uncovered that my email address was also someone else's. She immediately contacted me. Instead of just emailing my $1800.00+ worth of tickets and exposing them from getting into someone else's hands she came up with an alternate and much safer way to get my tickets to me.
