Online ticket purchase When I got to Disney they could see that I purchased tickets but they could not redeem them. They asked me if I had some card to give them, which I did not??? (This was all done online) Eventually Disney cancelled my orginal purchase and issued me new ones so I could get in. Lost about 40 minutes waiting.

Called on Friday afternoon Called on Friday afternoon, it’s now Thursday and still no e-tickets UPDATE - My mistake, they had sent the e-tickets the same day, I didn't look closely enough in my inbox. They had originally said it would take 1 full business day for them to reply. I'd like to change my rating to 5*s.

This was a waste of time as we still… This was a waste of time as we still had to queue up once at Disney World to collect our tickets, which took approx 90 minutes. Although it stated this when we booked, it implied you picked them up from a Ticket Center vendor so it would be quick & easy.

Will Snail Mail an Eticket! I bought a non refundable eticket, because everywhere on their website they indicate it will be emailed within a day or two. After I purchased the ticket, I was informed that I would have to either pick up the ticket (I live in a different state) or have it snail mailed to me. This was not indicated anywhere on the website before I purchased the ticket. If I had known this, i would have simply bought it directly from Disney at the higher price. Now I have to wait up to a week and a half for a ticket that I should have recieved almost immediately. Will not be purchasing from here again.

I had a very bad experience buying… I had a very bad experience buying tickets from the official ticket center, I do not recommend buying from them. I purchased my E-tickets online for the Aquatica water park from the official ticket center and I got a confirmation email which stated that I would be getting a second email with my E-tickets. Anyway, long story short the day that my family and I had chosen to go to the park came and I still didn’t get any emails with my E-tickets so I decided to call their office as soon as they opened and I was told that I had to go in person to pick up my tickets. I get to their local office and the employees asked me for the confirmation number, I give it to them and they seemed confused and were very rude and unprofessional they told me they couldn’t locate my tickets after they had just told me over the phone that they had checked on their system and that they had them. Anyway, I was sent back and forth to different locations and no one knew why I hadn’t gotten the second email or where I could pick up my tickets. I ended up having to call their customer service and after a long wait on the phone, I was finally able to get a refund. It is not worth the discount, it was very frustrating and time consuming. After that experience I went to the official Aquatica’s website and I got the tickets right there and then no need for all this trouble.
