Will Snail Mail an Eticket! I bought a non refundable eticket, because everywhere on their website they indicate it will be emailed within a day or two. After I purchased the ticket, I was informed that I would have to either pick up the ticket (I live in a different state) or have it snail mailed to me. This was not indicated anywhere on the website before I purchased the ticket. If I had known this, i would have simply bought it directly from Disney at the higher price. Now I have to wait up to a week and a half for a ticket that I should have recieved almost immediately. Will not be purchasing from here again.

Mediocre service Mediocre service, even worse identity verification. 0/10 will NEVER use again. They replied also btw. Funny how I can pass a security clearance for the US GOVT. but not to purchase tickets.

Full refund received! I purchased UO tickets but had to cancel my Orlando trip bc of this pandemic. Although the wait was long, they made sure I got my refund. OTC sent my full refund back to my credit card. Thank you so much for adjusting your refund policy during this uncertain time. I’ll be back to purchase once this situation calms.

Excellent experience - Authentic and easy to use Excellent experience. Purchased multi day passes to Disney World. Will call number was emailed within 24 hours. Easily entered in My Disney Experience and linked to my family members for use. If you don’t have Magic Bands, you will need to stop by their offices to pick up the RFID passes but we have the bands so we’re good to go (well, if WDW reopens...).

Rebbeca was truly a god save Rebbeca was truly a god save. She uncovered that my email address was also someone else's. She immediately contacted me. Instead of just emailing my $1800.00+ worth of tickets and exposing them from getting into someone else's hands she came up with an alternate and much safer way to get my tickets to me. (USPS) with a signature required to my home. Your awesome Becca.
