Instead of just emailing my $1800.00+ worth of tickets and exposing them from getting into someone else's hands she came up with an alternate and much safer way to get my tickets to me. (USPS) with a signature required to my home. Your awesome Becca.

GBCalled on Friday afternoon Called on Friday afternoon, it’s now Thursday and still no e-tickets UPDATE - My mistake, they had sent the e-tickets the same day, I didn't look closely enough in my inbox. They had originally said it would take 1 full business day for them to reply. I'd like to change my rating to 5*s.

GBAll I want is the refund. I Certainly understand the seriousness of this virus. I ordered my ticket being a Florida resident and expected to get my ticket. No I have to go to some ticket center. I am a senior who was going to join my family who was flying in for the Disney cruise and I was going to join them for a day at the park. Well the cruise got canceled and the did not fly in to go to the park. With everything snowballing I cannot get thru the line to cancel my ticket. I held for three hours and then a message came on they were closed for the day. I do hope you will refund my ticket. I know you are doing the best you can under these difficult circumstances.

GBFull refund received! I purchased UO tickets but had to cancel my Orlando trip bc of this pandemic. Although the wait was long, they made sure I got my refund. OTC sent my full refund back to my credit card. Thank you so much for adjusting your refund policy during this uncertain time. I’ll be back to purchase once this situation calms.

GBWas at magic kingdom this past weekend… Was at magic kingdom this past weekend the ticket person said he activated my tickets cause we bout them online when we get to the park with our whole birthday party me and my boyfriend was denied access to the park cause they was not active. The lady at the entrance to get in was very rude to us told us to get off the line go back to guest service...with another 45 minutes in line our party already went in the park we got lost hr and a half later we finally met up with our party...the worst experience ever. On top of it all some of ur rides was not working terrible just reallly terrible.
