GBSatisified Fair price compared to other online vendors. I would like to see something for military veterans....there are tickets for current military, etc. but not veterans, at least nothing that I have found. Only other thing I would like to see from this site is an instant email ticket delivery like a couple of other online sites do.

GBCalled on Friday afternoon Called on Friday afternoon, it’s now Thursday and still no e-tickets UPDATE - My mistake, they had sent the e-tickets the same day, I didn't look closely enough in my inbox. They had originally said it would take 1 full business day for them to reply. I'd like to change my rating to 5*s.

CAIt's unfortunate that my credit card… It's unfortunate that my credit card was being rejected, not at my end, but from the sensitive computer system at the Official Ticket Center. Fortunately, the person helping me through this was relentless in trying to find an answer for me. Two days of conversations. Although we couldn't figure out the problem with my card, her customer service efforts were excellent. I felt she did everything possible to help me through this. Thank you Rebecca...5 stars for you!!!!

GBFull refund received! I purchased UO tickets but had to cancel my Orlando trip bc of this pandemic. Although the wait was long, they made sure I got my refund. OTC sent my full refund back to my credit card. Thank you so much for adjusting your refund policy during this uncertain time. I’ll be back to purchase once this situation calms.

GBI had a very bad experience buying… I had a very bad experience buying tickets from the official ticket center, I do not recommend buying from them. I purchased my E-tickets online for the Aquatica water park from the official ticket center and I got a confirmation email which stated that I would be getting a second email with my E-tickets. Anyway, long story short the day that my family and I had chosen to go to the park came and I still didn’t get any emails with my E-tickets so I decided to call their office as soon as they opened and I was told that I had to go in person to pick up my tickets. I get to their local office and the employees asked me for the confirmation number, I give it to them and they seemed confused and were very rude and unprofessional they told me they couldn’t locate my tickets after they had just told me over the phone that they had checked on their system and that they had them. Anyway, I was sent back and forth to different locations and no one knew why I hadn’t gotten the second email or where I could pick up my tickets. I ended up having to call their customer service and after a long wait on the phone, I was finally able to get a refund. It is not worth the discount, it was very frustrating and time consuming. After that experience I went to the official Aquatica’s website and I got the tickets right there and then no need for all this trouble.
