GBFirst time users This was our first time using The Official Ticket Center - Rebecca was outstanding!!! We have a large party planning on the trip so there were several ticket orders. Even though we had made a few mistakes on the reservations she took the time to call us and make sure it was right. We had our ticket links within a few hours. We would highly recommend them. Tickets were cheaper than on both AAA and the Disney website

GBNever received tickets and when I… Never received tickets and when I called in two days later they still said it was processing but then next day cancelled. As soon as they new they couldn’t get them should of refunded my money or cancelled transaction

GBCalled on Friday afternoon Called on Friday afternoon, it’s now Thursday and still no e-tickets UPDATE - My mistake, they had sent the e-tickets the same day, I didn't look closely enough in my inbox. They had originally said it would take 1 full business day for them to reply. I'd like to change my rating to 5*s.

GBhappy customer! I got my Disney e tickets within 12 business hours as promised! Excellent price—cheapest I found anywhere. Most sites just went up with the new price hike and The Official Ticket Center was still cheaper than all the others even before the price increase! Thank you for great service.

GBAll I want is the refund. I Certainly understand the seriousness of this virus. I ordered my ticket being a Florida resident and expected to get my ticket. No I have to go to some ticket center. I am a senior who was going to join my family who was flying in for the Disney cruise and I was going to join them for a day at the park. Well the cruise got canceled and the did not fly in to go to the park. With everything snowballing I cannot get thru the line to cancel my ticket. I held for three hours and then a message came on they were closed for the day. I do hope you will refund my ticket. I know you are doing the best you can under these difficult circumstances.
