GBExcellent experience - Authentic and easy to use Excellent experience. Purchased multi day passes to Disney World. Will call number was emailed within 24 hours. Easily entered in My Disney Experience and linked to my family members for use. If you don’t have Magic Bands, you will need to stop by their offices to pick up the RFID passes but we have the bands so we’re good to go (well, if WDW reopens...).

CZExcellent company Excellent company, bought Universal, JFK Space Centre and Disney tickets from them. Printed Universal at home, picked up the rest from their shop in Orlando. Very quick and efficient. Would definitely use again as cheaper than buying from parks directly.

GBAll I want is the refund. I Certainly understand the seriousness of this virus. I ordered my ticket being a Florida resident and expected to get my ticket. No I have to go to some ticket center. I am a senior who was going to join my family who was flying in for the Disney cruise and I was going to join them for a day at the park. Well the cruise got canceled and the did not fly in to go to the park. With everything snowballing I cannot get thru the line to cancel my ticket. I held for three hours and then a message came on they were closed for the day. I do hope you will refund my ticket. I know you are doing the best you can under these difficult circumstances.

GBWill Snail Mail an Eticket! I bought a non refundable eticket, because everywhere on their website they indicate it will be emailed within a day or two. After I purchased the ticket, I was informed that I would have to either pick up the ticket (I live in a different state) or have it snail mailed to me. This was not indicated anywhere on the website before I purchased the ticket. If I had known this, i would have simply bought it directly from Disney at the higher price. Now I have to wait up to a week and a half for a ticket that I should have recieved almost immediately. Will not be purchasing from here again.

GBFrustration with lack of customer service Chat not able to answer my question so I was told to call. Operator when I called gave questionable info. I ordered anyway after checking info elsewhere. Order acknowledgement email said I'd get order status email in 24 hours. Did not happen. Called on a Saturday and message says they are open saturdays but message also says please call during our open hours. Frustrating.
