All I want is the refund. I Certainly understand the seriousness of this virus. I ordered my ticket being a Florida resident and expected to get my ticket. No I have to go to some ticket center. I am a senior who was going to join my family who was flying in for the Disney cruise and I was going to join them for a day at the park. Well the cruise got canceled and the did not fly in to go to the park. With everything snowballing I cannot get thru the line to cancel my ticket. I held for three hours and then a message came on they were closed for the day. I do hope you will refund my ticket. I know you are doing the best you can under these difficult circumstances.

It's unfortunate that my credit card… It's unfortunate that my credit card was being rejected, not at my end, but from the sensitive computer system at the Official Ticket Center. Fortunately, the person helping me through this was relentless in trying to find an answer for me. Two days of conversations. Although we couldn't figure out the problem with my card, her customer service efforts were excellent. I felt she did everything possible to help me through this. Thank you Rebecca...5 stars for you!!!!

Online ticket purchase When I got to Disney they could see that I purchased tickets but they could not redeem them. They asked me if I had some card to give them, which I did not??? (This was all done online) Eventually Disney cancelled my orginal purchase and issued me new ones so I could get in. Lost about 40 minutes waiting.

First time users This was our first time using The Official Ticket Center - Rebecca was outstanding!!! We have a large party planning on the trip so there were several ticket orders. Even though we had made a few mistakes on the reservations she took the time to call us and make sure it was right. We had our ticket links within a few hours. We would highly recommend them. Tickets were cheaper than on both AAA and the Disney website

Full refund received! I purchased UO tickets but had to cancel my Orlando trip bc of this pandemic. Although the wait was long, they made sure I got my refund. OTC sent my full refund back to my credit card. Thank you so much for adjusting your refund policy during this uncertain time. I’ll be back to purchase once this situation calms.
