happy customer! I got my Disney e tickets within 12 business hours as promised! Excellent price—cheapest I found anywhere. Most sites just went up with the new price hike and The Official Ticket Center was still cheaper than all the others even before the price increase! Thank you for great service.

It's unfortunate that my credit card… It's unfortunate that my credit card was being rejected, not at my end, but from the sensitive computer system at the Official Ticket Center. Fortunately, the person helping me through this was relentless in trying to find an answer for me. Two days of conversations. Although we couldn't figure out the problem with my card, her customer service efforts were excellent. I felt she did everything possible to help me through this. Called on Friday afternoon Called on Friday afternoon, it’s now Thursday and still no e-tickets UPDATE - My mistake, they had sent the e-tickets the same day, I didn't look closely enough in my inbox. They had originally said it would take 1 full business day for them to reply. I'd like to change my rating to 5*s.

Excellent company Excellent company, bought Universal, JFK Space Centre and Disney tickets from them. Printed Universal at home, picked up the rest from their shop in Orlando. Very quick and efficient. Would definitely use again as cheaper than buying from parks directly.

Rebbeca was truly a god save Rebbeca was truly a god save. She uncovered that my email address was also someone else's. She immediately contacted me. Instead of just emailing my $1800.00+ worth of tickets and exposing them from getting into someone else's hands she came up with an alternate and much safer way to get my tickets to me.
