Was at magic kingdom this past weekend… Was at magic kingdom this past weekend the ticket person said he activated my tickets cause we bout them online when we get to the park with our whole birthday party me and my boyfriend was denied access to the park cause they was not active. The lady at the entrance to get in was very rude to us told us to get off the line go back to guest service...with another 45 minutes in line our party already went in the park we got lost hr and a half later we finally met up with our party...the worst experience ever. On top of it all some of ur rides was not working terrible just reallly terrible.

All I want is the refund. I Certainly understand the seriousness of this virus. I ordered my ticket being a Florida resident and expected to get my ticket. No I have to go to some ticket center. I am a senior who was going to join my family who was flying in for the Disney cruise and I was going to join them for a day at the park. Well the cruise got canceled and the did not fly in to go to the park. With everything snowballing I cannot get thru the line to cancel my ticket. I held for three hours and then a message came on they were closed for the day. I do hope you will refund my ticket. I know you are doing the best you can under these difficult circumstances.

It's unfortunate that my credit card… It's unfortunate that my credit card was being rejected, not at my end, but from the sensitive computer system at the Official Ticket Center. Fortunately, the person helping me through this was relentless in trying to find an answer for me. Two days of conversations. Although we couldn't figure out the problem with my card, her customer service efforts were excellent. I felt she did everything possible to help me through this. Thank you Rebecca...5 stars for you!!!!

Mediocre service Mediocre service, even worse identity verification. 0/10 will NEVER use again. They replied also btw. Funny how I can pass a security clearance for the US GOVT. but not to purchase tickets.

I have not received my confirmation… I have not received my confirmation email nor my e-tickets and i ordered about five days ago. I have tried contacting the official ticket center and have had no luck. Just want to know whats going on w my tickets.
