Annoying that you can't have more than… Annoying that you can't have more than 5 people on stage. During our speaker panel, we wanted to allow attendees to join us on stage. However, not only was it not possible, but there was no messaging around the reason it wasn't working (presumably because we were at max number of stage speakers)

spammy emails I keep getting spammy emails from HOPIN. Didn't even know who they are or what they do is why I'm on this site. From what I'm seeing people are getting ripped off to the tune of thousands. Thanks but no thanks.

One of the best platforms for large events, essential in lockdown... I've attended loads of events through lockdown, and Hopin is definitely the best platform. Once you've registered the first time it remembers you, so you can join really quickly the next time even if it's a different organiser, it allows various 'stages' and 'booths' which you can swap between very easily, also I've been on events with nearly 1,000 people with no audio/visual problems or lagging!, it has the usual 'chat box' and features but overall just seems more efficient.....would recommend both to those joining events and those who want to host them.

They changed their plans after we… They changed their plans after we signed up for on year and then put us on a monthly plan which didn't even exist when we signed up, and now refuse to give a refund despite us never consenting or wanting to continue. It's theft. Don't deal with hopin.

New scammers this company has a new scam. they send the email to some scam address and CC you. There is no way to unsubscribe as a cc I tried blocking, but the Hopin name is outside the email sending address and there are probably hundreds of spoof email addresses. I would never do business with a company with such shady practices, If they need these tactics, they are undoubtedly crooked. I wish there was a way to make these practices punishable by castration with a rusty knife.
