Spam/scam. Literally just spam emails that I never signed up for. Tried to unsubscribe, that just doubled the amount of mail I got about random junk products.

Tech Glitches but Still Highly Recommend The platform was great for our speaker/product showcase format, but there were some significant tech glitches that caused the live speaker feed to go down a couple of times. While the chat and showroom features worked well during those glitches, it caused a big disruption in our schedule. Overall, the platform won high remarks from our users and we found the admin/backend great. It was easy to use and reporting was a breeze.

"stolen" address no-reply@Hopin,com? Not a comment about the Hopin organization, a report of SPAM / Phising email! I have received 8 in the last 2 days using the "[email protected]" address. I am setting a filter for this address!

Great experience as first time HOPIN users. First time using the platform and we found it was easy to navigate. Hopin perfectly suited what we needed: a virtual space with organized rooms for Keynote Speakers, networking sessions and a marketplace for our vendors. We had a larger turnout than last year's in person event. All that was missing was the wine and cheese! We will definitely use HOPIN again.

Great Conferencing Tool Overall, Hopin was great. Loved the ability to make it really feel like a conference with having the main stage, conference rooms, and sponsor rooms. Chatting function was great and overall the quality of sound and visuals worked. well. The one suggestion would be to allow a practice run prior to the actual event. There were a few things that you wouldn't really know to tell others how to do without actually doing a test run, so there was some trial by error.
