This is definitely a scam This is a conference scam. They're likely newer than the WASET conference scam, but they follow the same trajectory. They can't even write in the English language properly.

Unfortunately they had promised several… Unfortunately they had promised several things which were not provided, including being featured in their digital magazine etc.. Disorganized and not keeping their words, several changes in the team.. etc.. After several follow ups and request for a friendly settling they vanished.. so I told them I would do fairness to others while I lost the partial amount I had already paid for.

They are a scam - a fake conference This is not a legitimate academic or professional conference. I was fortunate that my employer caught this before I submitted a registration payment. Do not send them any money.
