I lost the entire deposit, but the tokens were not used yet as I was saving them for the restart of the Premier League the following weekend. Then I deposited another €500, to receive an additional €1000 token. Immediately after depositing, my account seemed to be frozen, and I was told by support that I had to verify my account. This verification was approved quite quickly. However, tokens were not re-issued after this process. Support only refers to standard regulations allowing Unikrn to take back any tokens issued. A total of €2.050 in tokens were taken away from my account. Very unfair practice. After having lost €500 and making another deposit of €500 (that I still have to wager because of money laundry rules), they take away all bonuses promised.
