€2.050 in tokens stripped from my account I had two "vip" 200% bonuses. I first deposited €500, to receive €1000 in tokens. I lost the entire deposit, but the tokens were not used yet as I was saving them for the restart of the Premier League the following weekend. Then I deposited another €500, to receive an additional €1000 token. Immediately after depositing, my account seemed to be frozen, and I was told by support that I had to verify my account. This verification was approved quite quickly. However, tokens were not re-issued after this process. Support only refers to standard regulations allowing Unikrn to take back any tokens issued. A total of €2.050 in tokens were taken away from my account. Very unfair practice. After having lost €500 and making another deposit of €500 (that I still have to wager because of money laundry rules), they take away all bonuses promised.

Unable to withdraw my money Unable to withdraw my money. They don't accept my verification documents because I blacked out some of the information (this is recommended by my government to do!). They say that I need to show all the information for anti laundering. But why would you need to see how much tax money I receive/pay for that? And how would I even launder the money if the money comes directly from my bank which would already prevent laundering money... Oh yea, and they haven't payed out my referral bonus.
