Highly recommend! The Swan pilates workout is excellent. It combines strength and flexibility training in a really enjoyable setting. The teachers and equipment are top-notch, and limiting class size to four students enables each student to get enough individual coaching to maximize their workout. Highly recommend!

I started with this studio almost 5… I started with this studio almost 5 years ago. I felt very comfortable from the first day. My instructors are the best I have ever encountered. They work with you to help target your particular needs and concerns. I am now 70 years old and I very quickly started to see changes in my body to include better posture, core strength and all over strength. My attention and focus have become stronger. I am now doing things I, at first, thought would not be physically possible. I have mainly worked with Susan (the owner) and Shannon. However, when in the studio I have the opportunity to view all instructors. I cannot say enough good things about Swan Pilates.
