Then, the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and intuitive to the needs of the students. They all challenge us as they teach us the proper way to execute Pilates moves and positions. Classes are so much fun and there is no doubt that you've had a workout when the class is over. Lastly, but most important, the staff is welcoming, cheerful and this is a happy place to be. Great experience for me! I have been doing Pilates at this studio for 3 years. I had never done Pilates before. Plus I am not very flexible and still can’t touch my toes😂 Never have I ever felt out of place. Instructors are kind and give instructions that are very good. I love their flexibility in class selection, In person or virtual. I am so glad to be part of the Swan Pilates family!
