And you get straight through to someone or can get a call back. The pricing is considerate to how much business you have, and so is very supportive and relative. I've been using Teamup for 6.5yrs and it just keeps getting better I own and have run a small independent gym for the last 6.5yrs. From day one on a recommendation I used Teamup to run all of our class registrations, membership sales etc. I could not imagine trying to run the gym without it. I use it for financial reports and forecasting as well as analysing attendances to certain time slots and class types etc. It is incredibly versatile. The reason I rate it so highly though, is not because of all the great features, but because of the people who run it. The customer service side of things is fantastic. Quick responses to any queries etc and the other aspect is the continual improvements. There are new features added regularly and if something needs improvement or changing it gets done. This was highlighted by Covid where things were quickly integrated to help with running things off line etc. Can't recommend Teamup enough
