Whilst I've found the interface to be completely alright, the responsiveness and accuracy of their services is avarage at best.Many times it was hard to get a hold of customer service and there have been some issues with setteling up the account. There were many bits that canvoked to be troublesome and often confusing. Even tho I brought up any issues with their support, most of them were still unsolved, so I had to move on. On an ovarl conclusion, the service was just avarage.

Great personalised support and an ever evolving platform. We have been using Goteamup for several years. In that time they have provided us hours and hours of personal and tailored support. I've never had such easy access to live on the phone support as with Teamup. The system works very well. There are inevitably issues (or the occasional pandemic) but they are fast to provide us with solutions. The service has also evolved massively over the years. We have so many more handy features to help run our business. And any problems that regularly bother us are usually dealt with, with new updates or the new features.

Clients can book and cancel classes easily, without contacting me or my admin assistant. It adds a professional touch to a small business at an affordable cost. In addition to this, clients can sign up and pay online and 'paper-free'. This has been a god-send during lockdown with online classes and continuing to use this function will save work. Team Up is more than paying for itself with the saving I make on admin hours. Above all the support team at Team Up is out of this world. They direct you to answers swiftly and offer the personal touch at every turn.

I have ran over 1000 live classes in the last year and TeamUp completely handle the setting up of Zoom classes and the links in which clients use to access the class, amazing! Their site is so much easier to navigate, more automation choices in the emails and more tools to grow your business such as referral codes and discount codes. TeamUp also supports multi location community fitness businesses, I don't regret starting with Mindbody as the stress and anxiety it used to cause me makes me realise how awesome TeamUp are!
