Whilst I've found the interface to be completely alright, the responsiveness and accuracy of their services is avarage at best.Many times it was hard to get a hold of customer service and there have been some issues with setteling up the account. There were many bits that canvoked to be troublesome and often confusing. Even tho I brought up any issues with their support, most of them were still unsolved, so I had to move on. On an ovarl conclusion, the service was just avarage.

GBGreat personalised support and an ever evolving platform. We have been using Goteamup for several years. In that time they have provided us hours and hours of personal and tailored support. I've never had such easy access to live on the phone support as with Teamup. The system works very well. There are inevitably issues (or the occasional pandemic) but they are fast to provide us with solutions. The service has also evolved massively over the years. We have so many more handy features to help run our business. And any problems that regularly bother us are usually dealt with, with new updates or the new features.

GBTeamUp have been amazing TeamUp have been amazing. I switched to them from another app that really wasn't working for me. They were recommended by MoveGB and my members have commented how much easier the app is to use. The integrations are perfect for us and the team are always very helpful and responsive. The pricing structure is great value. It was so pleasing that you don't have to pay more to access all the features.

GBI would highly recommend Team Up as a… I would highly recommend Team Up as a booking system. It is straight forward using the system. If you need any help, customer services are excellent. And you get straight through to someone or can get a call back. The pricing is considerate to how much business you have, and so is very supportive and relative. I am continually happy with my experience with Team Up. They are brilliant.
