GBI would highly recommend Team Up as a… I would highly recommend Team Up as a booking system. It is straight forward using the system. If you need any help, customer services are excellent. And you get straight through to someone or can get a call back. The pricing is considerate to how much business you have, and so is very supportive and relative. I am continually happy with my experience with Team Up. They are brilliant.

CAI've had a meandering experience with… I've had a meandering experience with goteamup.com. Whilst I've found the interface to be completely alright, the responsiveness and accuracy of their services is avarage at best.Many times it was hard to get a hold of customer service and there have been some issues with setteling up the account. There were many bits that canvoked to be troublesome and often confusing. Even tho I brought up any issues with their support, most of them were still unsolved, so I had to move on. On an ovarl conclusion, the service was just avarage.

GBSwitching from Mindbody to TeamUp was the best decision EVER! The moment I switched to TeamUp was when my life and business became so much easier. I switched from Mindbody to TeamUp just 6 months ago and the difference to my business and personal wellbeing is so much better. Mindbody was very expensive, over complicated and integration into my website was messy and would often create error messages. TeamUp integrates into my website seamlessly and perfectly, I even have a shop! TeamUp also integrates Zoom as part of the subscription which has been an absolute Godsend. I have ran over 1000 live classes in the last year and TeamUp completely handle the setting up of Zoom classes and the links in which clients use to access the class, amazing! Their site is so much easier to navigate, more automation choices in the emails and more tools to grow your business such as referral codes and discount codes. TeamUp also supports multi location community fitness businesses, I don't regret starting with Mindbody as the stress and anxiety it used to cause me makes me realise how awesome TeamUp are! P.S customer service are AWESOME!
