I've never had such easy access to live on the phone support as with Teamup. The system works very well. There are inevitably issues (or the occasional pandemic) but they are fast to provide us with solutions. The service has also evolved massively over the years. We have so many more handy features to help run our business. And any problems that regularly bother us are usually dealt with, with new updates or the new features.
