Switching from Mindbody to TeamUp was the best decision EVER! The moment I switched to TeamUp was when my life and business became so much easier. I switched from Mindbody to TeamUp just 6 months ago and the difference to my business and personal wellbeing is so much better. Mindbody was very expensive, over complicated and integration into my website was messy and would often create error messages. TeamUp integrates into my website seamlessly and perfectly, I even have a shop! TeamUp also integrates Zoom as part of the subscription which has been an absolute Godsend. I have ran over 1000 live classes in the last year and TeamUp completely handle the setting up of Zoom classes and the links in which clients use to access the class, amazing! Their site is so much easier to navigate, more automation choices in the emails and more tools to grow your business such as referral codes and discount codes. TeamUp also supports multi location community fitness businesses, I don't regret starting with Mindbody as the stress and anxiety it used to cause me makes me realise how awesome TeamUp are! Goteamup.com was almst good Goteamup.com was almst good. I had an ordniary experience with them. They offer a wide range of servies and have a convienet platform for online transactions. The interface is fairly easy to navigate thrugh and the customer service was helpful and respondded quickly. The products are of good qualty but could do with some improvemnts in terms of pricing. The delivery was fairly fast and arrived in a timely manner. Overall, I would reccomend goteamup.com for anyone looking for a good online shopping expericnce.

Game changer for my fitness businesses I have been using TeamUp for my fitness businesses for a year now and it has transformed them both! It is a fantastic customer management, booking and reporting product. Payments are all automated so neither clients or I have to think about them. The reporting functionality is very powerful. Only downside is that on demand videos cannot be effectively monetised but otherwise very happy with TeamUp.

Whilst I've found the interface to be completely alright, the responsiveness and accuracy of their services is avarage at best.Many times it was hard to get a hold of customer service and there have been some issues with setteling up the account. There were many bits that canvoked to be troublesome and often confusing. Even tho I brought up any issues with their support, most of them were still unsolved, so I had to move on. On an ovarl conclusion, the service was just avarage.
