Spectacular customer service / great product I had an issue with the door and I received excellent communication from the company with a speedy resolution. It's a great automatic door and my chickens and I appreciate it. Thank you for a great product and spectacular customer service.

Overall great door Ordering was easy. Coop door was easy to install. App to program door works great. Overall happy with product.

Daylight savings time issue Well after daylight savings time I had an issue with the doors working but not at the correct time. I contacted the tech group with Run Chicken Doors and we talked back and forth a few days on what to do to fix the problem. The last step and also the easiest was to remove all the doors from the app and then add them back. Configured again and Ta Da they are opening and closing on the exact time I set them for… Thank You Run Chicken for making my life a little easier 👍🏼

Fantastic product from a great company We purchased an automatic door opener for our chicken coop a year ago. It was easy to install and has worked beautifully. The customer service has been wonderful -- they are very quick to respond and provide detailed answers. This is a great product from a great company that we recommend to all our chicken-loving friends. We couldn't be happier.

Great customer service Our Run Chicken auto door was working perfectly for the first 6 months and then the batteries started running flat after just a few days. I contacted customer support and Luka was very responsive. I had replies back with 24 hours with different things to try. Luka also asked for photographs and videos to help diagnose the problem. After trying all the suggestions, Luka arranged a replacement unit to be sent and did not require the old one to be sent back. I've installed the new one and it has been running well for the last two weeks, so hopefully the issue is solved. Really great customer service. It's nice to know that when things go wrong there is someone able to help.
