Great product and customer service Received and installed this door with no issues. Worked awesome for eight months, then had issues with the door programming not compensating for daylight savings time. One email to the company and they sent simple instructions on how to fix it and it worked like new. Great product that makes having chickens even easier, especially when you are out of town for a few days, you can rest easy knowing they are locked up safe. Great customer service, very willing to help.

This is my second door This is my second door. Not because the first had issues but because i need an alternate entry/exit for my coup. Quality product. I replace the battery start of each year. Always works.

Great customer service Our Run Chicken auto door was working perfectly for the first 6 months and then the batteries started running flat after just a few days. I contacted customer support and Luka was very responsive. I had replies back with 24 hours with different things to try. Luka also asked for photographs and videos to help diagnose the problem. After trying all the suggestions, Luka arranged a replacement unit to be sent and did not require the old one to be sent back. I've installed the new one and it has been running well for the last two weeks, so hopefully the issue is solved. Really great customer service. It's nice to know that when things go wrong there is someone able to help.

Love this Door I have had my door now for a year and its been working great. I had an issue with it not going up and reached out for help. The customer service team recommended a couple fixes and i got it working again, the battery connection was dirty and needed cleaned. Customer service reached out several times to make sure it was working properly and I had no other issues. They were quick to respond and very helpful. Very impressed!

Customer service is great! Luka with customer service was very helpful in resolving a problem I had with my T50 door. Love my Run Chicken door!
