AUGreat customer service Our Run Chicken auto door was working perfectly for the first 6 months and then the batteries started running flat after just a few days. I contacted customer support and Luka was very responsive. I had replies back with 24 hours with different things to try. Luka also asked for photographs and videos to help diagnose the problem. After trying all the suggestions, Luka arranged a replacement unit to be sent and did not require the old one to be sent back. I've installed the new one and it has been running well for the last two weeks, so hopefully the issue is solved. Really great customer service. It's nice to know that when things go wrong there is someone able to help.

USThis is my second door This is my second door. Not because the first had issues but because i need an alternate entry/exit for my coup. Quality product. I replace the battery start of each year. Always works.

USGreat customer service… I’ve been very happy with our chicken door. I had to reach out to customer service for support after a couple years. They were prompt, kind, and helpful. I sometimes took awhile to respond, make a video, and send it, but they were patient with me and consistent in following up until the problem was resolved. Very happy!
