Great customer service… I’ve been very happy with our chicken door. I had to reach out to customer service for support after a couple years. They were prompt, kind, and helpful. I sometimes took awhile to respond, make a video, and send it, but they were patient with me and consistent in following up until the problem was resolved. Very happy!

Fantastic product from a great company We purchased an automatic door opener for our chicken coop a year ago. It was easy to install and has worked beautifully. Great product and customer service Received and installed this door with no issues. Worked awesome for eight months, then had issues with the door programming not compensating for daylight savings time. One email to the company and they sent simple instructions on how to fix it and it worked like new. Great product that makes having chickens even easier, especially when you are out of town for a few days, you can rest easy knowing they are locked up safe. Great customer service, very willing to help.

Good investment Now that the door opener is working correctly it is great. I had some issues initially which the manufacturers emailed me about. I felt they asked for a lot of work on my part when it was clear to me it was the sensor that was defective. Finally they sent me a replacement mechanism which I installed and it works perfectly. I would have given five stars except for the issue at the beginning. Worth the money and keeps my flock safe.
