AUGreat customer service Our Run Chicken auto door was working perfectly for the first 6 months and then the batteries started running flat after just a few days. I contacted customer support and Luka was very responsive. I had replies back with 24 hours with different things to try. Luka also asked for photographs and videos to help diagnose the problem. After trying all the suggestions, Luka arranged a replacement unit to be sent and did not require the old one to be sent back. I've installed the new one and it has been running well for the last two weeks, so hopefully the issue is solved. Really great customer service. It's nice to know that when things go wrong there is someone able to help.

GBThe motor in our chicken run died about… The motor in our chicken run died about a year and a half after purchasing it. I reached out to see if they could help troubleshoot it. They had me do and few different things and asked for photos. I did everything they asked and sent them the requested photos. Unfortunately, they had no idea why it stopped working and it was out of warranty, so they could not replace it. I knew that ahead of time, but I was hoping it was fixable. They offered me a small discount to purchase a replacement, which I took them up on. I really appreciated all the help and the small discount was not necessary, but was a nice gesture. All of their correspondence was quick and friendly. They have wonderful customer service and I will always recommend them to friends who are starting their flocks ir looking for automatic doors. I am very impressed and will continue to support this company.

GBGreat customer service… I’ve been very happy with our chicken door. I had to reach out to customer service for support after a couple years. They were prompt, kind, and helpful. I sometimes took awhile to respond, make a video, and send it, but they were patient with me and consistent in following up until the problem was resolved. Very happy!
