Worked awesome for eight months, then had issues with the door programming not compensating for daylight savings time. One email to the company and they sent simple instructions on how to fix it and it worked like new. Great product that makes having chickens even easier, especially when you are out of town for a few days, you can rest easy knowing they are locked up safe. Great customer service, very willing to help.
