GBEast to setup, delivery notice needs improvement East to setup, works great! Only service improvement needed is to send the customer an estimated delivery date upon purchase. I had no clue if delivery would be in 1 day or 1 month. Received a shipping notice more than a week after purchase.

GBDaylight savings time issue Well after daylight savings time I had an issue with the doors working but not at the correct time. I contacted the tech group with Run Chicken Doors and we talked back and forth a few days on what to do to fix the problem. The last step and also the easiest was to remove all the doors from the app and then add them back. Configured again and Ta Da they are opening and closing on the exact time I set them for… Thank You Run Chicken for making my life a little easier 👍🏼

GBGreat product and customer service Received and installed this door with no issues. Worked awesome for eight months, then had issues with the door programming not compensating for daylight savings time. One email to the company and they sent simple instructions on how to fix it and it worked like new. Great product that makes having chickens even easier, especially when you are out of town for a few days, you can rest easy knowing they are locked up safe. Great customer service, very willing to help.

AUGreat customer service Our Run Chicken auto door was working perfectly for the first 6 months and then the batteries started running flat after just a few days. I contacted customer support and Luka was very responsive. I had replies back with 24 hours with different things to try. Luka also asked for photographs and videos to help diagnose the problem. After trying all the suggestions, Luka arranged a replacement unit to be sent and did not require the old one to be sent back. I've installed the new one and it has been running well for the last two weeks, so hopefully the issue is solved. Really great customer service. It's nice to know that when things go wrong there is someone able to help.
