GBGood investment Now that the door opener is working correctly it is great. I had some issues initially which the manufacturers emailed me about. I felt they asked for a lot of work on my part when it was clear to me it was the sensor that was defective. Finally they sent me a replacement mechanism which I installed and it works perfectly. I would have given five stars except for the issue at the beginning. Worth the money and keeps my flock safe.

GBFantastic product from a great company We purchased an automatic door opener for our chicken coop a year ago. It was easy to install and has worked beautifully. The customer service has been wonderful -- they are very quick to respond and provide detailed answers. GBGreat customer service… I’ve been very happy with our chicken door. I had to reach out to customer service for support after a couple years. They were prompt, kind, and helpful. I sometimes took awhile to respond, make a video, and send it, but they were patient with me and consistent in following up until the problem was resolved. Very happy!
