GBDaylight savings time issue Well after daylight savings time I had an issue with the doors working but not at the correct time. I contacted the tech group with Run Chicken Doors and we talked back and forth a few days on what to do to fix the problem. The last step and also the easiest was to remove all the doors from the app and then add them back. GBEast to setup, delivery notice needs improvement East to setup, works great! Only service improvement needed is to send the customer an estimated delivery date upon purchase. I had no clue if delivery would be in 1 day or 1 month. Received a shipping notice more than a week after purchase.

GBLove this Door I have had my door now for a year and its been working great. I had an issue with it not going up and reached out for help. The customer service team recommended a couple fixes and i got it working again, the battery connection was dirty and needed cleaned. Customer service reached out several times to make sure it was working properly and I had no other issues. They were quick to respond and very helpful. Very impressed!
