GBGood investment Now that the door opener is working correctly it is great. I had some issues initially which the manufacturers emailed me about. I felt they asked for a lot of work on my part when it was clear to me it was the sensor that was defective. Finally they sent me a replacement mechanism which I installed and it works perfectly. I would have given five stars except for the issue at the beginning. Worth the money and keeps my flock safe.

GBEast to setup, delivery notice needs improvement East to setup, works great! Only service improvement needed is to send the customer an estimated delivery date upon purchase. I had no clue if delivery would be in 1 day or 1 month. Received a shipping notice more than a week after purchase.

GBThis is my second door This is my second door. Not because the first had issues but because i need an alternate entry/exit for my coup. Quality product. I replace the battery start of each year. Always works.

GBFantastic product from a great company We purchased an automatic door opener for our chicken coop a year ago. It was easy to install and has worked beautifully. The customer service has been wonderful -- they are very quick to respond and provide detailed answers. GBDaylight savings time issue Well after daylight savings time I had an issue with the doors working but not at the correct time. I contacted the tech group with Run Chicken Doors and we talked back and forth a few days on what to do to fix the problem. The last step and also the easiest was to remove all the doors from the app and then add them back. Configured again and Ta Da they are opening and closing on the exact time I set them for… Thank You Run Chicken for making my life a little easier 👍🏼
