GBDaylight savings time issue Well after daylight savings time I had an issue with the doors working but not at the correct time. I contacted the tech group with Run Chicken Doors and we talked back and forth a few days on what to do to fix the problem. The last step and also the easiest was to remove all the doors from the app and then add them back. Configured again and Ta Da they are opening and closing on the exact time I set them for… Thank You Run Chicken for making my life a little easier 👍🏼

GBGreat product Person answering the phone didn't know much but said to email a tech to answer my questions. He got rigtht back to me and I got about 4 more email back making sure everything was O.K. and that I was satisfied.

GBLove this Door I have had my door now for a year and its been working great. I had an issue with it not going up and reached out for help. The customer service team recommended a couple fixes and i got it working again, the battery connection was dirty and needed cleaned. Customer service reached out several times to make sure it was working properly and I had no other issues. They were quick to respond and very helpful. Very impressed!

GBI love this Run Chicken door I love this Run Chicken door, and so does my hens. It was easy to install. I set mine up by time. It opens at 9am and closes at 10pm. It opens and closes on time every time. we have used it 2 weeks and now I wish I had bought it sooner.
