GBLove this Door I have had my door now for a year and its been working great. I had an issue with it not going up and reached out for help. The customer service team recommended a couple fixes and i got it working again, the battery connection was dirty and needed cleaned. Customer service reached out several times to make sure it was working properly and I had no other issues. They were quick to respond and very helpful. Very impressed!

GBDaylight savings time issue Well after daylight savings time I had an issue with the doors working but not at the correct time. I contacted the tech group with Run Chicken Doors and we talked back and forth a few days on what to do to fix the problem. The last step and also the easiest was to remove all the doors from the app and then add them back. Configured again and Ta Da they are opening and closing on the exact time I set them for… Thank You Run Chicken for making my life a little easier 👍🏼

GBThe motor in our chicken run died about… The motor in our chicken run died about a year and a half after purchasing it. I reached out to see if they could help troubleshoot it. They had me do and few different things and asked for photos. I did everything they asked and sent them the requested photos. Unfortunately, they had no idea why it stopped working and it was out of warranty, so they could not replace it. I knew that ahead of time, but I was hoping it was fixable. They offered me a small discount to purchase a replacement, which I took them up on. I really appreciated all the help and the small discount was not necessary, but was a nice gesture. All of their correspondence was quick and friendly. They have wonderful customer service and I will always recommend them to friends who are starting their flocks ir looking for automatic doors. I am very impressed and will continue to support this company.

GBExpensive Failure 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Update: I've officially lowered this rating until Run Chicken follows through with my warranty. I have had this door installed for 3 months and it isn't working properly. Locking chickens out, opening randomly in the middle of the night, not always opening... I understood the first troubleshooting and even the second one.... but now dealing with customer service has become an arduous teeth pulling journey where I feel like I'm putting in a lot of time and brain power to fix a product that I supposedly have a warranty on. Not to mention, as many have said, it can only be done through email. Which can take hours or days to get replies! I loved this door, UNTIL it started to fail constantly!! It doesn't matter what setting it is on our how many times I clean and change out the batteries!! Stays 1 ⭐ until Run Chicken makes it right. Old review: Currently working with customer service to resolve this issue, but it works for a few months and then everything starts going down hill. Door randomly opens and shuts for no rhyme or reason, and it's especially dangerous when it opens randomly in the middle of the night! Again, hopefully their team can help resolve this problem, which is why I gave it 3 stars, but if it's not fixed, this door gets 1 ⭐. To expensive to have it failing 3 months after install!! On the positive, the customer service team, thus far, has been responsive and are trying to help.
