GBGreat product and customer service Received and installed this door with no issues. Worked awesome for eight months, then had issues with the door programming not compensating for daylight savings time. One email to the company and they sent simple instructions on how to fix it and it worked like new. Great product that makes having chickens even easier, especially when you are out of town for a few days, you can rest easy knowing they are locked up safe. Great customer service, very willing to help.

GBDaylight savings time issue Well after daylight savings time I had an issue with the doors working but not at the correct time. I contacted the tech group with Run Chicken Doors and we talked back and forth a few days on what to do to fix the problem. The last step and also the easiest was to remove all the doors from the app and then add them back.
